Jordan was on time, professional and patient with me answering all my questions during the appointment. The entire team is amazing with scheduling and answering the phone over the weekend. I definitely recommend bayside comfort !

Little pricy but worth it. A great match up of experience, reliability, and promtness make it worth paying a little more. They were able to install a good heater that met my needs.

Was time to get a new furnace and also added a/c. Dean and his assistant sorry I cant remember his name were on time professional and knowledgeable. He apologized for having to take some ceiling tiles from my basement ceiling I appreciated him caring about that. Install was as planned and on time . Very personable

Bayside sent a qualified technician to do an annual checkup on my heating system . John Stepenson was very knowledgeable and friendly and appears to like his job a lot.He was willing to answer any concerns I had. I have had 4 different technicians in recent years and every one of them were helpful and most of all they sent a photo of your tech when he is on his way to your home..Please don’t hesitate to call Bayside Comfort you won’t be disappointed.

Bayside did a complete duct work, heat pump, and furnace install on a 33 year old home with no duct work. We were very pleased! Very professional team. Shout out to Seth who came back for the propane hook up. Seth went above and beyond! Definitely would recommend this company for any job! Thanks Bayside!

Ryan was great. Arrived promptly at 8am. Works quickly. Answered my questions. Finished in 30 minutes. This was my complimentary first maintenance follow up with the new equipment.

Absolutely awesome service. We had Nate Haghiri come to service our home. He was incredibly thorough with his examination and measurements. Taking into account the amount of space our radiators would need to heat and how large of a combi-boiler we would need. From counting our windows,seeing if they were double paned or not, to measuring the size of each room. I had called 2 other companies to give us a quote and neither went to the extent he did to tell us what we would need. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn't leave us hanging.

For the installation we had the pleasure of working with Dean. He's been in the business for nearly 40 years and definitely knew what he was doing! From bleeding the lines in our radiators to customizing all of the copper piping for the combi-boiler unit. Stellar work and very organized. You can tell he knows exactly what he's doing, takes pride in his work, and is not cutting any corners. He also answered all of our questions and left us feeling satisfied with the work he completed. There was no mess left behind either.

Overall we were very happy to have done business with Bayside and working with Nate and Dean! We highly recommend them and the company.

Corbin was prompt, professional, and even took the time to explain the maintenance performed and dusted off our furnace top! He offered good advice on boiler heat and helped me understand how our split units work in conjunction with our furnace. Thank you!

Bayside comfort saved the day ! Our house was losing heat, the boiler was not circulating. It was after hours about 7 at night. I called the emergency line and I received a call from Kenny Crane that he was on his way. He arrived and found the problem in about 5 minutes ! He installed a new pump on the boiler and had the heat going within an hour and was on his way to the next call.
