Very friendly service. Alec was not pushing on anything and explained everything up front. Appreciate him explained all the different details.

Josh was our tech. He was fantastic and knowledgeable. Got us up and running on our 33 year old furnace on this cold winter day and installed a new thermostat on the spot for us. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

My AC stopped working Saturday and DJ came out Sunday. He was very friendly and thorough. Brody and DJ both fixed the issues with my AC unit and seem like genuine & honest people. Reasonable prices. I will definitely call them for all my future AC needs. I'm very grateful that they responded so fast and were able to get things working properly within a few hours. DJ offered me a couple price options for my thermostat replacement and explained everything thoroughly to me.

I have zero complaints about my experience with this company nor with the employees who I dealt with in person. The tech who setup my HVAC install (Eric) was very courteous and did everything to get my the best price.
The instal crew (Zig, Alex) were very professional, clean, worked consistently, and we're also just good people via conversation.

Matt Anderson did a great job, he was very knowledgeable and professional, repaired the compressor issue and answered all of my questions with service suggestions but was not bushy.

Brandon Morgan from Five Star was absolutely the BEST. We really appreciate him and his service.

Awesome people and awesome work done! Nathan their Tech guy came out and looked at my system and advised me to get a new system. He helped me pick out a new air conditioning/ Furnace system very easily and help me set up finance very easy too. The very next day when I was at work, they came, and put it in for me while my son was there. By the time I got home, they already had the new system in and already gone. Came home to an awesome job done by them and the house feels nice and cool now. Great job!

Five Star was amazing from scheduling the service call until Dallas completed the work. I highly recommend this company and will use their services in the future.

I had called 11 places and I left messages with some never got call back or phone numbers couldn't be reached and others couldn't get to me till next week these guys came the same day I called and so far it's working great and as far as the young gentleman that came to fix my ac he was very polite professional and very helpful with my questions I will definitely use these guys again

Brandon showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue. He got my old furnace up and running in short order. We talked about replacement options briefly, but he was fully committed to the repair. Thank you Brandon for your professional service!

We couldn't ask for a better group of technicians. Our installation was difficult and in a cramped basement . They worked 12hrs solid very efficiently and their clean up was great. They knew what was required and they got on with it.

I love five star, Eddie is amazing! So kind, extremely professional and a very up beat happy person! He made us feel that he had our best interest in mind!

Serviceman Matt was very friendly and helpful! He informed me of all the issues/problems and explained options very clearly as well as estimates. The service call was efficient and clean. I am very happy I found five star home services and they have 24 hours service with an actual person to talk and answer questions. Highly recommend!!!
Update: I recently had a new toilet installed and some water pipe repair done in my basement from a small leak. All servicemen were thorough, took their time during the repair process and gave excellent explainations of all services being completed. Again, I'm very pleased with Five Star and would and have recommended them highly!

The installation of our new HVAC system today went amazing. Our old system was 29 years old, still worked, but acting a little wonky lately. Everything now works so well and we extremely happy and satisfied! They also did a great job of cleaning up after they were done!

Had both of our Furnace and Hot Water Heater replaced by Five Star Heating and Cooling. Jerrick Zeigler Five Star HVAC Lead Installer did an outstanding job installing our new furnace. He kept me informed throughout the process of the installation and thoroughly answered all my questions. Brian Quintana the Plumbing Service Tech who installed our Hot Water Heater did the same level of outstanding service as Jerrick. Very pleased with Five Star.

Michael was Spot On FANTASTIC!!!
Same day service on a Holiday weekend, was able to find our issue, repair it & got us up & running with wonderfully cool air in no time at all!!!
