Had a kitchen drain clog. Richard showed up in about one hour on a Saturday night in a snow storm. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Strongly recommend Richard for any plumbing repairs. Thank you.

I had a sewage back up and in an hour they were here, quoted me an understandable price and got to work. Robert was cool and easy to talk to. The company also had a guy call and offer to help with clean up.

Christopher was sent to our home by Roto-Rooter and he was wonderful. Professional and friendly. Very helpful and did a fantastic job. If we need Roto-Rooter again we would hope they would send Christopher again!!

Needed emergency service to repair toilet leaking. Within an hour service tech Kirk Meadows came and repaired the issue> He was very informative letting me know what was needed to make repairs. He made the repairs quickly. Would certainly call roto rooter and ask for him again if we ever need repairs again

Our technician Fred, came in and looked at our sewage ejector pump. He taught us some things we didn’t know regarding our pump and was able to point out the problem. Luckily, it wasn’t a huge issue . Simple clean of the system and good to go.

Stacy seemed very knowledgeable and able to explain situation in layman's terms. She analyzed the situation, gave us options, explained the snaking would be a somewhat temporary solution. When snaking was not productive at all, she came up with a fix at a location in the basement, replacing some pipe with a better angle and revising the plan. It seems to be working much better than it has in 2 decades!

I had my main line cleared and although they were running late, their tech Jason got here and did a fantastic job for me! He explained everything well and assured me that all was good to go. He was fantastic!

Our tech Richard was at our house within an hour of our initial call for service. He was courteous & explained everything regarding the service call. He was able to get our drain cleared in about 20-30 minutes. We were very happy with our experience.
