Better Choice worked with us on a very challenging installation. They were patient and thorough. When some issues arose they were sure to re-evaluate and correct. They did everything to make sure we were happy and that the job was complete. Highly recommend based on their responsiveness and customer service.

Jason B. came out to fix an emergency where the heat wasn’t working properly and the house was 64 degrees. We had a Different technician come out a few days ago for the same reason but he said “everything is fine” . Jason came and found the issue, explained the issue very thoroughly and fixed it in no time at all. The best technician we have had come out by far.

Today I had a really great experience with better choice heating and cooling Rob, the technician was very professional, he was very thorough In his diagnostics And finding the problem and fixing it I definitely give him and better choice five stars

They were great! Clayton and Jordan from Better Choice just left. They installed a thermostat for us and did maintenance on our furnace. They arrived on time, their charge was reasonable, and they were really friendly. They said that at some point they would recommend that we get the blower cleaned, but absolutely didn't pressure me at all to have it done today. I hardly ever write reviews but i was really impressed.

Our AC was shutting off after it ran for a few minutes. We called around 8am on Sunday morning and they sent a tech out and took care of the issue. Great service even on a Sunday.

Jason came after hours and with a smile on his face. He easily and knowledgeably fixed my furnace. He was fun to talk to and taught me about my furnace and upkeep of it to help me not have these issues in the future. This business is AMAZING and I wholeheartedly recommend it! I have been using Better Choice Heating and Air for years. They were the obvious choice when we replaced our HVAC. They show up on time, are very friendly and care about the people they service. I recommend them to everyone that needs an HVAC company.

He was kind, chatted with me, and made a connection. He explained everything and was efficient in his work. The cost for the fix was more than reasonable! I appreciate the call in advance to notify when the tech was going to arrive (30min window). I am mechanical inclined and greatly appreciated the tech explaining things to me so I could learn about my system and what he was doing to diagnose my issues. Tech provided advice that I could follow up with and options on the fix, short term and long term which helps put me at ease with worries. I will continue using Better Choice for my next HVAC needs.

I appreciate the rapid response to my request for help when my hvac went out today, one of the hottest days so far this year. The technician had it working in no time and the cost was very reasonable. Better Choice is my go-to when I have hvac problems.

Better Choice heating and air conditioning installed my unit a year ago in my condo. The system I had was a model no longer supported and rare in that it houses the air handler inside and a wall installation on the outside wall for the AC. I had several well known companies come look at it and they couldn’t come up with an acceptable solution. Best did and they had it installed in a day. It has worked beautifully. I just set the thermostat on one setting and I don’t have to change it as the only variance is on the change of seasons when we have to turn the heat on. I set it once and done! Today Stewart came over and serviced it and cleaned it and inspected the installation, which is recommended to be sure everything is working and cleaned. He was prompt, clean, professional, and seasoned. Their professionals have years of experience and seem to like working for Better Choice. They know their stuff. I recommend Better Choice Heating and Air Conditioning for either service or new installs.

I cannot say enough about this company and their employees. Both Mike and Lamont have been very helpful and were quick to take care of our problem. While we were waiting for the equipment to come in, they even dropped off three space heaters to ensure it did not get too cold in the house. Thank you!

This is a great local company to work with from start to finish!

Back in the spring, we called them to service our very old AC. Stu was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and honest about how long we could expect it to last, which ended up being almost one more season (exactly what he said). During the service he suggested we have a new system quoted out.

He got a hold of Mike, who came out just a few hours later. He laid out all the info with his recommendation without any sort of sales pressure, which cannot be said for some of the larger companies we called. We ultimately decided to wait.

Once our AC kicked it this week, I got back in touch with Mike, who again replied immediately, and honored the original quote. Better Choice was the most affordable option we got by far and they were able to get us very quickly.

Phil, Mike (2), and the rest of the install crew were right on time, very friendly and careful to keep the back gate closed for our dogs. Everything was cleaned well when they left, and the system is working great!

Laymon and Better Choice were very attentive to track down the cause of the air conditioner not cooling on our rental property. It took a few days because they had to fight the rainy weather but as soon as the rain let up, they tracked down the problem promptly. The office kept me informed as to the timing of the visits and as well as when they would be arriving at the property. Thank you.
