The best service I've had. Steve came out after hours and did all he could to get my unit going. He seems very honest and definitely not trying to sell you more than you need.

It was actually hotter in the house than it was outside. Steve was able to come over same day, and about 20 minutes later, it was starting to cool back down. He did a great job of explaining what he had done, and how I can make sure that the AC is running at peak efficiency. Thanks Steve!

Efficiency HVAC did a great job on my furnace. I recently moved into a new house where the previous owner was a heavy smoker. I had efficiency come out to the house to give the furnace a once over to make sure every thing was OK. While I was talking with the service man,I asked if there was something that would help with the cigarette smoke. He suggested an iWave-R residential air clean (Ozone) to be installed on the furnace. I was a little skeptical at first but I went ahead and had it installed. I will say best thing I ever did. It took about a week but the smoke smell is completely gone.

My AC was blowing warm air last week AFTER I had one of Cincy's "big name" repair/install tech's over-charge to "repair" it. Totally disillusioned w/ their "repair" I reached out to EFFICIENCY for answers. Steve explained how my current system was insufficient for my Condo's square footage, etc., and clearly explained my options. He then quoted me a new high quality system, which was almost half that of the quote I received from the "big name" player. Their install was quick, clean, and professional. Now I'm cooler and more comfortable than I've ever been in my Condo. If you're looking for an honest, professional, and CARING small company to get you back in comfort call Steve. He'll treat you RIGHT... 🎅

Steve Lynch he is honest, fast and a true gentleman he knows his stuff use this man don't use anybody other than Efficiency, we tried several other companies including Help and Help is no Help all they and the other companies wanted was to sell an new unit. Not fix the old one my Ac, I have used him three times and each time he fixed the problem quickly and right with out the sales pitch he gives you the truth, again use this man and no other

Our furnace quit early this morning. My husband called and they arrived quickly and fixed the problem quickly as well. Very reasonable price. They were very pleasant and helpful. Didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. We highly recommend them!

Steve was great. Willing to talk with me about what he found and not only fixed my heat pump issue, but also dug into the most likely cause and took steps to help prevent the issue in the future. Appreciate the service and will gladly call him again the next time.
