I have used JE Heating and Cooling Several times in the pastand they always do a great job. I recently called with a problem and he gave me some instructions over the phone to try to remedy the situation. His instructions fixed the problem saving him time and me money. I will definately call JE again.

The owner came out last week on an emergency call and was able to replace a 2.5" steam return pipe almost 100 years old and a modern electronic boiler water level device including two trips out for parts in about half a day. He never had a doubt about what to do. Was incredible.

Eric the owner came immediately explained everything to me what air conditioning unit needed. Was extremely quick and very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend his company and will use them in future!

What amazing service! Super Bowl Sunday and waking up to no heat in freezing cold temps did not start the day well. Eric however saved the day with prompt service, parts in hand and had the system up and running in less than an hour. Each day has a hero, JE was ours on this particular cold, wintry Sunday. I have used JE for 10 plus years at my rental houses, business, and personal home. Eric works his tail off to try and keep customers happy. My only complaint is trying to get an appointment set...he is always busy!

JE Heating & Cooling arrived at my door in a fast response time. He was so knowledgeable about what was wrong with my A/C, that it was fixed in under 10 minutes!
He did NOT try to sell me another A/C unit like other companies do!!

If you are looking for someone who is very knowledgeable on heating or cooling look no further. Eric and his team at JE heating are great! They will be honest with you where other companies would not. If something could be fixed instead of being replaced they will let you know the best option. We have been using them for maintenance and just love them! They are always just a phone call away and are very quick to squeeze us in if we are having any heating or cooling issues. There prices are very reasonable too! We recently had to replace a air conditioner and they were the best price in Cincinnati! Thanks JE HEATING &COOLING!

Very personable and knowledgeable guy, gives it to ya straight forward which was a pleasant change after being run around by three other companies selected by my home warranty company. Super quick to respond, explains everything clearly and no surprises in the pricing. Will definitely be calling this guy first next time.

This was my first experience using J E H&C and it was great. My heat went out overnight and the house temp quickly dropped below 60’. Eric was able to come the same day and fix the problem immediately. Will use again and my son says thanks for the tip on holding a pencil:)

Eric is the perfect HVAC guy. Very knowledgeable, personable, considerate, fair price. My blower stopped working and he came out to diagnose it. He fixed the issue and also caught that the blower/motor is too big for the furnace and ductwork. He didn't say it needed to be replaced, but that it can just be ran at a lower speed, which he set it up to do (just took a minute). When I had a different "reputable" company out to service my furnace a few years ago, they didn't catch this. The high speed was wasting energy, not ideal for airflow, and potentially burnt out the motor over time. Eric didn't upsell me anything, and was less expensive than the big HVAC companies who have so much more overhead cost. He even told me how to balance the airflow in my old house. Great experience. We were referred to JE by our usual HVAC technician, who was on vacation when our furnace broke. Eric came out quickly to assess the situation and provide us with different options for restoring the heat. He gave us several different price points and was very easy going — no “hard sell” or pressure techniques. He was truly there to serve us. Ultimately, we got a new furnace at a very fair price, and Eric overdelivered for us by offering a few extras. To top it off, he was very personable and friendly, which we value highly from any tradesperson who is going to spend hours in our home. I’m going to call him again the next time we have an HVAC need.
