Patrick performed my mainline inspection and I was very happy with the service! He didn’t mind me standing by him asking a bunch of questions, so I really understood the state of the mainline. He also followed up with a thorough report. Definitely recommend!

The guy was on time and friendly. He took the time to explain the process (I ask lots of questions, and was quick at his work. Afterward he provided documentation/clear pictures that I was able use to get the city come out and correct a sewer issue. All around great experience. Would definitely call again.

Patrick is THE expert scope/sewer line inspection guy in all of the Cincinnati area! In my last interaction with Patrick he was able to save my clients $2500 buy being able to actually complete the camera work that the whole house inspector could not. Mainline Inspection is the best in the biz!

I used Mainline to do a sewer scope for a property I’m buying in Covington Ky.
He came highly recommended by my realtor. And I really appreciated him coming out of his way.
I did ask if he was able to come a little earlier so he could be there at the same time as my whole home inspection. He came early and boy was he friendly. Immediately I loved his warm and friendly energy. He answered all our questions and explained in great detail everything he was doing and seeing during his scope.
The video of the scope was great. The quality and clarity was as good as it could have been for something like this. Not to mention the music he plays while scoping the sewer. It was silly and much appreciated.

He was professional, kind, timely, and definitely someone you wish you were friends with.

I couldn’t recommend him enough. 10/5 stars if you ask me.

Patrick was great and super knowledgeable! He did a main line inspection for a property I was buying and found signifncant damage to the pipe which he was able to explain and help me understand the possible causes. He walked me through everything he saw and sent me a very detailed report after the fact.

I called Mainline Inspection to have my downspout lines scoped. Patrick was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a great job putting the camera through my downspout lines, identifying the clogged areas as well as providing a digital video. I thought the charge for doing this was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Patrick and his services.

Hired MIS to do a sewer line evaluation, prior to a rental property purchase. Patrick did an excellent job, working through the challenge of access to the line, as well as some funky bends. The resulting report was very thorough, helping to diagram the pathway of the line through the yard, as well as potential challenges that I could expect in the future. Would highly recommend.

I rarely leave reviews unless the service warrants it, as is the case with mainline inspection. Patrick was professional, personable and patient with me throughout the inspection process, answering any and all questions I had about the many details in finished report. Patrick was very knowledgeable and efficient with the sewer line inspection that he did for me. I was a client from out of state, looking to purchase a property near Patrick. I contracted with him from what I could glean from his add and a call to him. I have experience with drain lines and plumbing, probably just enough to be dangerous. I know that can be a delicate dance for the provider and the receiver. Patric was very good throughout the inspection and shared valuable local information of local codes and construction methods. This was an older building, so there were some challenges and old construction materials and methods. Patrick is very good at his trade and very fair with his time. Very friendly and professional, results of inspections are sent promptly. We needed a pre- & post-excavation inspection for a pool installation, and Mainline met all of MSD's inspection requirements at a reasonable price. We were able to get the permits we needed to install the pool and to release the bond once the pool was in. Highly recommend!
