STG has done an excellent job on several projects for us. They installed an outlet in our garage so we can charge our electric car. They also installed wiring and shutoff box for our hot tub a few years ago.

Brittany is a skilled electrician, and she's very personable. She climbed around in our attic for ages to find the source of a power loss. Once found, she repaired it quickly and completely. Brittany has also installed exterior lighting around our home, and provided detailed safety advice. 10/10

Brittany and Kyle were extremely professional and very receptive to the needs I had for my home. They did an excellent job of complete multiple tasks very timely with the utmost quality and great attitude. I highly recommend them and STG for all electric services.

A company that works with my homeowners’ carrier recommended STG to me for upgrading my home’s electrical system. They stated that STG was one of the top tier electrical contractors in northeastern Ohio. My own research and due diligence also came to that conclusion. Throughout the complete process STG’s customer service, expertise and professional manner could not have been any better. They were upfront with what my home needed and did not need.

My wife operates a dog grooming business out of our home. We had moved and we spent a lot of time and money setting up her commercial tub and dryers not realizing we didn’t have enough power for her equipment in the basement groom room. STG was very quick and efficient in installing a dedicated 20amp GFI circuit. Bridget worked with us to find a spot in our complicated schedule and the service team showed up right as expected and completed faster than expected. Work was very reasonably priced and we didn’t have to make any compromises or have any delays in starting back up in the new place. Great experience overall.

This past Sunday I was visiting at my parents house and I noticed they did not have power. My father had purchased a generator from STG in March. It was also not working. After several calls to the Illuminating company they confirmed there were no outages. I called STG and was able to reach Chris. He came out on Sunday evening and found the problem. The generator had been hit by a power surge during the CrowdStrike. Because the generator was not working it was blocking the power to the house. Chris stayed until he got the power back on. 2 days later he returned with a new part and a surge protector. Chris is a great guy and an asset to the company.

Look no further. STG is the best in the business. I was incredibly impressed with the team that came out and evaluated my house and the needs I had for wiring my garage to be capable of supporting and electric car. Based on my set up they outlines the different options in which it could be accomplished and made additional recommendations to increase the safety and value of my property. Karl and Carl were the implementation team and worked quickly and effectively and explained everything to me at the conclusion of the job in a way I could understand. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Any future electrical needs I have, I’ll be calling STG for and will be passing the STG name along to all my friends and neighbors.

I had a Tesla Wall Connector (charger) installed. They did an excellent job. The employees were all friendly and professional. And the cost of the job was very reasonable. I plan to use STG again in the near future for some electrical panel work and underground wire repair.

first to respond to our generator needs and was in every way a great experience.
The initial visit with George was enlightening and not at all rushed. The permits were secured quicker than estimated and installers arrived as scheduled. Install time was 5 stars alone. The two gentleman, Brian and Jared were more than happy to not only answer all my questions but went a step further having me run through the control module and wifi/app settings. The additional services sales pitch were absolutely no pressure and good to know info. I highly recommend STG for generator installation.

Steven was promptly on schedule and efficient in performing our annual service. He was also very willing to share his knowledge and answer all my questions.
From install two years ago through our second annual service we are continually impressed with STG.

We were getting ready to leave on vacation when our main circuit breaker went bad. We had issues of power outages and we had 24 hours to get it replaced and STG answered the call!!! We can't thank you enough that you found someone to send to our house that day as we were in panic mode because we had pet sitters coming to our house and feared they couldn't enter the house. We also bought our Generac generator from them and they installed that as well. They are always professional and always step up to the plate to complete your electrical needs. We highly recommend them!!

I've just had STG out for the third time. I keep going back because the quality of their work, communication and follow-through is at a level I'd hope to experience by other service providers. This time Jared and Elijah were on my job. The two did a wonderful job for me, and in cold conditions too. They and STG are always top-notch.

We have used STG multiple times and without fail they always exceed our expectations! Their employees are not just knowledgeable electricians but also are extremely kind and friendly! They explain everything and answer all questions before they leave. They also inform you of exactly what they did, where the lines/wires run, and they make sure the working area is cleaned up nicely after the job. We plan to have more work done in the near future by STG.

I found STG electric thru Ting via State Farm insurance. There was since electrical issues in my house and when Brittany and Kyle came out they were able to settle my possible electrical hazard issues while working with Ting which had some bumps working with them to get everything taken care of. Brittany is an excellent electrician and very knowledgeable and friendly! Kyle was great also! It is because of their excellent work with my issues with Ting that I decided to hire them to do some work at my house which they did today and did a great job! I may be at a place that I need to replace my electrical panel in my basement, and with only hire STG electric if I need to. Furthermore I would only allow Brittany and Kyle to do anything moving forward. STG, you should be thankful you have these employees.

This is my second experience with this team and they did not disappoint. This time they replaced my whole home generator/transfer switch and the guys did a great job. They ensured everything was done right and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend.

STG team was very professional. They did an excellent job. The engineer and electrician were very knowledgeable and patient. The work they did was excellent.

They came out for the final inspection with the city inspector and answered all of our questions.

They even worked with us during some damaged to our service caused by a delivery driver.

STG was a recommended installer from Tesla's website and I filled out the form on STG to be contacted and within 20 minutes I received a call from Ryan who was professional and answered all my questions. I was able to get my Tesla Wall Connector installed 7 days later during my scheduled appointment.

The electrician was Brittany who did an amazing job, completing this service as I requested with location of the unit and upgrading the necessary equipment needed to safely make my unit work. Brittany was professional, answered all my questions, and had this installed in a very short amount of time. This led me to believe this company knows what they are doing when it comes to EV installs, there was no hassle at all, and overall I am impressed by the service. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in the EV charging market or for any future standard electrical needs. Thank you!

The office person was polite, professional and very easy to deal with. Scheduled a quick - next day appt. Frank was a great guy! Professional, polite, affable, knowledgeable electrician. Got in. Did the job. Got out. Effective and efficient at trouble shooting a challenging issues. I've already advised my own staff, if we need electricians for my own company and our clients, to call STG!

We used this company last year when storms left us without power for days. We decided to get a generac and found this company. We were pleased with the service and also a year later they came and did our 1 year maintenance (fee applies). This year the power went out the day of my dad's funeral. It was then she decided to get a generator. Her neighbors wanted one as well. I recommended STG Electric and they came out explained everything and now my mom and the neighbors have a generator. Everyone is pleased with this company. Customer service and support is wonderful. One of the installers broke a wire and it was fixed and installation finished in the same week. I recommended this company to anyone. Brendan was awesome, all the installers and rest of the staff will get whatever you need done.

After years of occasional power outages, my wife and I decided that we needed to invest in a whole house stand-by generator. We looked at a couple of different brands but ultimately chose Generac and we also chose a local installer, STG Electric Services in Macedonia, Ohio. We got a quote and put money down. A few weeks later the installation was started. The crew from STG kept us informed about what was being done and if there was a change they came to us first to explain it before doing it. The installation was very neat and tidy, actually what I would call "elegant." The whole installation took about one and a half days. The test outage went flawlessly. Before finishing, one of the crew took me on a tour of the entire installation and explained how the generator would function in a power outage. He also indicated that if there was ever any question about any issues with the unit we would be able to contact someone about it 24/7. The unit itself is nicely styled and blends in very well with our home. It is not just a big rectangular box. The components of the installation looked very well made. Based on our experience, I would be very happy to recommend Generac but more importantly I would recommend STG Electric Services for the installation and maintenance of a home generator.

QMerit set me up for an EV charger install with STG. Ryan and Frank were great. Extremely knowledgeable on recommending a charger and what was needed. Took some time to get scheduled but Brittany and Kyle were awesome installers. Prompt arrival, friendly, fast, super clean installation. Can’t recommend them enough.
