Went in a picture of the model number of the toilet that I needed parts for, and they had it. Friendly service. Reasonable prices. They even had free hotdogs !

Brought a faucet over. Couldn't get the faucet as it was a specific model to my job. The staff at active plumbing helped me replace the seals in the faucet. Worked perfect once I put everything back together. You guys helped me big time with this job. I recommend bringing your business to active plumbing.

I had a great experience with Active. When I called, the rep encouraged me to use their company wide text search for the part I needed. Josh, in Macedonia was super helpful, thorough and efficient. He made hunting down the random part I needed so easy. Definitely the place for homeowners to shop for all plumbing needs!

We had an excellent experience at Action Plumbing Supply, thanks to Austin! We were working on a propane project that required specific specialty parts, and Austin went above and beyond to assist us. He promptly answered our call and reserved all the necessary parts without any delay. Even on a Saturday, Austin was responsive and knowledgeable, addressing our questions about a return with efficiency and courtesy.

I had a fabulous interaction with Active Plumbing Supply today. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke the toilet tank on the only toilet in my house. I tried getting a replacement tank at the big box stores & local hardware stores. I would have had to wait 2 to 4 days for the tank to be delivered to the store. I couldn't wait that long.
Then, I called Active Plumbing Supply. They had a replacement tank in stock & at a great price! I can't recommend Active Plumbing Supply highly enough. I am a 62 year old lady & these gentlemen (Eddie, Josh, and Alex) walked me through how to replace the tank. Their instructions were spot on & it was so nice of them to take the time out of their busy day to ensure I installed it properly.
