I typically do not write reviews but I couldn’t help but not with our experience with this company! Dustin went above and beyond to help us with our home project. We will continue to use this company and highly recommend everyone else to as well. Thank you Dustin for your wonderful service!

They installed 3 large fans at my church in Euclid. Extremely high ceiling. Made a world of difference with the heat. Well done people !!

Experience with them has always been great. You never call an electrician when it's not an emergency. Every time I have called them they have been there within hours if not sooner. I have had them do a couple of different jobs and I'm always very satisfied. They are very professional and polite when they tell you what was wrong they don't talk above your head. When the problem is electrical they're my first call.

There still are amazing people out there. After calling several different electricians and being shot down this company called me back in 15 min and said they could be there right away. By the time I got to the house they were waiting on me. Very kind and courteous individuals. Thank you Dustin and CJ! I will definitely be recommending you and using you with any future problems we may have.

I wouldn’t wish anyone to have a thirty foot pine tree fall over in a windstorm and take down the main power line into their house. We had this recently happen to us. Positive Energy Electrical was a complete delight to work with during this crisis at Christmas time. They quickly got us an estimate for our insurance company and then promptly scheduled the work even with the holidays. The workers were polite, tidy, and efficient. We will not hesitate to have Positive Energy Electrical complete any other planned projects for our almost century home and would enthusiastically recommend them.

We are so grateful to Dustin and Ryan for their timely diligence in repairing our very faulty electrical system in our home! I am positive our house would have caught on fire if they hadn't fixed it so quickly. It was a lot cheaper than we expected too! Highly recommend this amazing company!

I am so grateful to the 2 Electricians that repaired my 4 foot lights in my bath. My condo is old and sure needed up dating. I had an appointment in a couple of days. I know who to call now. Ryan and Gavin my heros.

My father in law referred this company to me after they helped with the mother in law suite they added to their house. They were absolutely awesome! They showed up 5 min early and got right to work. The three electricians that are out we’re all very professional and personal and got the job done relatively fast considering how big of a project they were working on. They kept up up to date on the progress of the work and had our power back up sooner then their original expectation. They even cleaned up after themselves. I know who I’ll be calling in the future for any of our electrical needs. Thanks again.

I cannot comment enough on how grateful we are that the employees at this company are as wonderful as they are. Technicians were at our home today trying to sort out a God awful mess for us and they did a PHENOMENAL job. Not only did they explain what was wrong and how they fixed it but they also took the time to put outlet covers on too. These guys don’t cut corners and they do a great job.

I'd give them 6 stars if it was there! Prompt, efficient, thorough and find any problems.... at a fair price. You couldn't ask for a better bunch of guys. The office is good to deal with too. I'd say best around if not best in class. Would recommend.

I had an emergency and they were able to respond that day. It was a difficult job and they had to wait for parts to come back and finish. All of this was without hassle, the crew was polite and professional. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

I have used Positive Electric a few times for various projects. They showed up on time, Their work was top notch as well as their pricing. I highly recommend them, they are professional and very reliable.

Here’s my experience with this company.When I scheduled the work to be done I was told on the phone that they would charge me a $75 service fee and then they would charge me $85 an hour to do the work.Two people showed up and were here for four hours to install two outlets in my upstairs bedroom. I ended up paying $680 for the labor because they were both paid $85 an hour.Also they put an outlet hole in the wrong place that I will need to fix.So unless you’re willing to pay $170 an hour for two people to do the job I suggest you find someone else.Beware when dealing with these people.

This company re-scheduled twice and never showed up. I had to call to reschedule and missed 2 days of work. they put one outlet for a TV in that was a few inches away from the ground and wanted to charge me $450. they indicated 250 was for travel time from Beachwood and I told them they were supposed to be there first thing in the morning. they immediately reduce the price. still in the dispute about the amount they are charging me. Please do your homework and not use this company. Once the son took over, he had charged triple the amount, and can’t keep employees.BEWARE!!

They are a very dishonest company they take advantage of you & will fix items without your consent & force you to pay 3 times the amount other companies would charge! They will send you two technicians make you pay for both! They will lie the price per hour but won’t tell you it’s double when they send two technicians! They fix 1 outlet was almost 500.00! They repaired something without consent & forced us to pay! The owner has extreme rage & very unprofessional! Very unethical practice of business please stay away, use a reputable company & don’t overpay the are not honest & trick you!
