Sergei did a great job- he installed a garbage disposer and totally cleaned all the lint from our dryer. He cleaned up after himself and the price was very fair.

Ilya is very knowledgeable and reliable technician. I have been working with him for the past few years and highly recommend him. I used to have a local company service my HVAC but they informed me I need to change the entire system (to my surprise). Fortunately, I contacted Ilya for a second opinion and it turned out that I needed a small part replaced rather than the entire system. We used Ilya at Fuse HVAC many times throughout last several years at different properties for various reasons and tasks: troubleshooting, repair (control panel), maintenance and inspection for the new property. Every single time we were extremely satisfied with professionalism, knowledge, quality of work and quick response! This is critical because typically our issues were either during extreme heat or freezing temperatures. Thank you and definitely recommend for everyone to use!!

My ultimate goal of getting a water leak fixed on my refrigerator wasn't solved, but due to the circumstances I let it roll off. The tech was friendly as we communicated with Google Translate and once he realized he had no way to help me with a relatively easy fix, he packed up. I would have been a little upset if I had to pay anything, but when I thought he was going to tell me how much the no-help was going to cost, he showed me a translation saying he "could not in good conscience take any money" from me. I'm pretty handy and can fix a lot of things. I just wanted help as I took care of other things. I knew what the problem was, I just thought a person with a truck full of tools and parts could have taken care of it. I will fix it myself this weekend. So why 5 stars? He tried, he was courteous, and he didn't ask for any money. I'm sure his day was long as his wife called while he was at my house, and I am happy with the 2nd opinion on the issue. I will call them again.

Fuse just saved me thousands of dollars. I had another big company tell me my furnace needed to be replaced, so I called Fuse just to get a second quote. After looking at the system they told me it was only a $600 fix! They could have taken advantage of the situation and only quoted me for the replacement, but they took the extra time to look into it and do what was best for me. I’m really impressed at their honesty and expertise and I will definitely be using them again.

Sergev was amazing, he took my entire dryer apart very quickly and fixed it at once. No need for him to return. My dryer was very old but he fixed it easily. I am so happy to not have to buy a new one which is good for the environment. I always feel bad throwing away appliances if it is possible to fix them. Thank you Sergev!!!

They installed an external vent above my stove, not a huge job but they were quick and efficient, did not have to wait long. Price seemed reasonable as well.

Ilya came out to my home a couple times when I requested more searching of my system to diagnose it correctly. Even though his original diagnose was correct, he was kind and walked me through his whole process. I had a different company complete a repair on my AC compressor and he was able to describe in detail what the issues were with the installation so that I could understand why the process had not been completed correctly and understand what my follow up steps should be. As a new home owner, I could not be happier with his willingness to go above and beyond the service that my warranty contracted him for. I plan on contracting him for future repairs on my home.
