Great service and very responsive! The AC unit went out in 90+ degree weather and Chis came out on Sunday, had it replaced within 24 hours! Can't say enough about the quality of service and communication during the entire process. Very professional and well done, highly recommend for all your HVAC needs!

My furnace was broken. I had no other way to heat my home. Chris responded quickly and fit me into his busy schedule. He had my furnace fixed within a half hour. Would highly recommend!

I had been looking to replace my aging AC unit for some time, as it was not really cutting it keeping my house cool, it was very loud, and frankly, an eyesore.

When my hot water heater went out, I called Kings about getting it replaced, and figured I might as well see what my options were on the AC unit.

I now know more about home AC and water heaters than I had ever planned on knowing. Christopher was very helpful, asking me questions about my usage and needs, and my satisfaction or lack thereof with my current units. it was very helpful in making informed decisions.

Turns out my old water heater was sized properly for my needs, so I went a similar RUUD unit. I got 15 years out of the old unit, so why not? That turned out great, and it looks good in my utility room.

My AC unit was a different story. I had a 2.5 ton unit that was here when I bought the house. Not only was it loud, ugly, and ineffective, but it was undersized for my square footage, and very inefficient power-wise.

Christopher quoted me on a couple of units, and I ended up going with a 3.5 ton Armstrong unit, which is basically a Lennox. It it rated to be about 50% more efficient than my old unit, and more importantly, it is sized correctly for my house.

He gave me a good price on the AC and the water heater, and even backed it up with 5 years labor warranty. He offered me financing, but I decided I'd rather just bite the bullet and pay for it up front.

I was pretty amazed at how quickly this all came together from start to finish. The parts and the Kings van arrived promptly at 9AM, and everything was buttoned up, clean and ready to roll later that day.

I did have an issue with one of the valves on the condenser unit (as it turned out). I called Christopher Thursday afternoon with my problem, and he scheduled to come see me the next day. He arrived early, since his previous call finished sooner than he planned, and asked if it was okay to start early. Fine with me! Better early than late.

Anyway, he ran through some diagnostics, and landed on the problem with the valve. Problem solved, no charge. Sweet.

AC runs quiet, keeps my house cool, looks good, and best of all, I can hear people on the phone in my backyard without having to duck around the corner.

I highly recommend Kings Heating and Air. Our furnace stopped working, Chris came out looked at it found the problem and fixed it.
He was quick, professional and most importantly he knows what he is doing. We will definitely use him for all our future heating and air needs.

We woke up in the morning and the heat was off. I called Chris and he came out that afternoon. He was able to fix the problem. We had him repair our furnace a year ago and he is so reliable that I knew he was the only one I would call. I really didn’t expect for him to be so prompt but thankfully he was. Chris is very professional. Not only is he and his work sublime, there is 0 pressure. Our furnace is 20 years old. Chris offered us options to continue to make repairs as long as possible as well as to offer options to replace our furnace without pressuring us to choose the most expensive option. He factually presented the pros and cons of each valid option and then leaves it up to the customer to decide the choice. Its very refreshing. In addition, he thoroughly explains what is wrong in layman's terms. Recommend Chris and his company 100% to everyone. Finally, his schedule allowed him to be at our home within one hour of my service call. He practices safe covid measures without having to be asked. Nobody wants to deal with HVAC issues but why not make it as professional and pleasant as possible?!?!?! Call Chris at Kings Heating and AIR!

I realized late in the afternoon that our heat was not working. I called Kings Heating and Air around 4:15pm in a panic thinking we would spend the night without heat. Chris was promptly at my house within 30 minutes and had our furnace fixed in a matter of minutes. The price was much cheaper than I had expected to pay. This is our first time having an issue with our HVAC and going forward I will be using Kings for all of our needs. Extremely grateful for the service.
