Bill & his staff are fantastic! I have been using BNK heating and cooling for years and they have always been fast, responsive, & efficient.

The company and the people we interacted with from the quote to the install were great. Russ was informative and answered my questions well. Plus, even though I was in a different time zone, he was on it with giving me the information I needed to make a decision. Patrick and Paul (or was it Peter?), the two guys who installed the system, were on time, polite, and professional. They even stayed past their regular hours on the first day of the install so that they could get the ac up and running.

Plus, the price was right.

Quick and easy transaction. Rus was very knowledgeable and explained what the AC unit needed now as well as for future maintenance. Plus it was not as expensive as we were anticipating. Happy to have cold air in the house again—call them!

BNK replaced my outdated system with a new American Standard furnace and AC unit. Patrick and Paul worked well together and they did an excellent job from start to finish.

BNK heating is my wife’s go to company. They are really responsive. Whenever she calls for something to be repaired, they come out within 24 hours or less. Our water heater broke on Monday night, Tuesday afternoon we had a brand new one. I love how she gets peace of mind with this company.

Patrick and Dave did a great job installing our furnace and air conditioner. We were pleased with their overall performance and professionalism. It was nice to have reliable former Greenbriar Middle School students working on my home.

Nick came out and was super straightforward and a great guy. Hardworking and honest. Highly recommend.

We were switching out an old fuel oil system for a new air to air heat pump system. Bnk was very good at helping us understand the mechanics off the new heat pump and was able to remove the old unit and have the new heating our home in one day.

B'n'K Heating serviced my air conditioner this week. They were able to fit me into the schedule immediately and I was so appreciative. The cost to fix it was very reasonable and the service tech was friendly and efficient with his time. I would recommend this company and will continue to call for regular service checks.

Our 48 year old AC unit had enough last week when it was 95+ for six days in a row. Called a few companies and BNK was the only one available to come out for an estimate the next day.

BNK is always there for you when you need assistance with your heating and cooling needs. I called Tony when my heating system went down, same day he came in and ordered all the parts needed to be replaced. Next morning I had heat. I recommend this company to all my friends and family. They came in today to replace a furnace and from the plastic wrap down the stairs, the drop cloths covering the carpet and the cleanliness of the install was just so impressive! Always an amazing experience. We have had them BNK replace our air-conditioning and replace our water heater and we have not had a single issue. They were very fast workers and polite.
