We contacted Monarch because the person who had served us for years retired. My niece, sister and mother all use Monarch and highly recommended them. We haven't had to use them for repairs yet, but have had them out to check the furnace and air. They have been honest and haven't tried to "upsell". My mother had people tell her that she needed a part for over $400 that when she contacted Monarch found out that she didn't need that part. The honesty and integrity are what will keep me coming back for years.

Our furnace died at the end of the season last year. We called Monarch heating and they ordered our new furnace and had it installed in less than a week! No more ice cold mornings jumping out of the shower for this gal!! Thanks Monarch.

Our AC went out in the morning and they were at our house very quickly. Chuck was super professional and got us fixed up in no time. Melissa was great as well from the get go getting us scheduled. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

Our air conditioner went out on a Saturday when there was a heat advisory. The owner of the company not only responded quickly to our inquiry but he also came himself to fix the issue because all of his service people were out on calls. He was very kind and professional and had our air conditioner working in no time. Very personable as well! I would highly recommend this company!

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night in January. I called and emailed a bunch of companies. Monarch got back to me the quickest and had someone at my house early the next morning. They ordered the needed part, which was installed the following day. I was impressed with their curiosity and promptness. Chuck was helpful and I will gladly use their services again!

We have been using Monarch Heating and Cooling for years. They installed our new furnace/air conditioner and a few years later, our hot water tank. We've been happy with their service and responsiveness. We like to support local business and you can't go wrong with Monarch.

Monarch is an amazing company, I will recommend to everyone I know. During the summer when my AC system went out, I called about getting it repaired and Devin came out the same day! He was very transparent about the entire process. He showed me why my system broke down and notified me that the system was 21 years old and probably needs replaced soon. I just had a system installed last week (full system) Devin, came out and did an estimate for me and that same week I had the system installed. The installers, Ryan and Amanda, were nothing less than exceptional! They were fast, yet careful, informative, and very nice. If you need HVAC service and you live in the Marysville, central Columbus area? I recommend using Monarch.

We were receiving error messages on our Trane unit and the cooling function was not working properly. Devin (the owner) and Travis arrived to the appointment on time and were able to quickly resolve the issue. They were extremely professional and friendly. We recently moved to this house, so they were able to give us important information and advice regarding our unit. Devin even helped me install and connect the app free of charge. I would highly recommend Monarch. It was a great experience.

My furnace stopped working and I called Monarch. They responded the same day "Chuck" who was the ultimate professional. He diagnosed the problem ordered the parts and was back the next day to make the repair. I highly recommend this company they were excellent in every aspect of the process

I hired Monarch Heating and Cooling to replace my A/C unit that had died (on a 96 degree day). No one looks forward to the idea of replacing their entire AC unit, but Monarch made the process as easy and cost effective as possible. First, they scheduled me in as soon as they could, and considering how busy they were, I appreciated that. Second, they provided me with several options to choose from, answered the MANY questions that I asked about each, and allowed me to take my time and choose the unit that was right for my home. They helped me through the process of understanding the power and gas company rebates and what type of financing options I had. They helped me to find the right unit for my home, and yet were respectful of my budget.
On installation day the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. They explained what they were doing and the expected time frame that it would take for the job to be complete. I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently they got the entire unit replaced. I would absolutely recommend Monarch to all of my friends and family.

We had an issue with out HVAC that turned out to be a simple solution, but when we were looking at it noticed the Water Heater was a major issue and needed to be replaced. Monarch does that too and Chris was really polite and informative. He made time to come out the very next day to get the water heater issue fixed since it was leaking quite a bit.

The next day Christ and Aidan came out and were just very professional and helpful and did a really amazing and quality job. I can't recommend them enough. What could have been a nightmare was addressed so quickly.

Very professional from the day they met with us to assess our heating and cooling needs and provide an estimate, through the installation of our new system. Sara was attentive to what we wanted in terms of efficiency and helped clarify components that would meet our needs. Installation was on time with a courtesy call two days prior and while en route to our house. Keb, John and Mike were very thorough and did an exceptional job removing and replacing our old system. Very nice workmanship! We are very pleased and highly recommend Monarch Heating and Cooling.

Had Monarch Heating and Cooling out for my annual AC tune-up. Chris, the tech, did an amazing job. Chris let us know where we stand with our aging unit, and set us up with a follow up Appt about having some returns added. Chris was informative, provided some helpful feedback about a fresh air return to the outside that we did not realize needed open/closed with the seasons, and answered all of our questions about what to expect when our unit does go out. I would recommend Monarch to anyone.

Very very happy with monarch. My furnace went out while it was very cold and had a bad experience with a.different HVAC company. Called monarch and spoke with Sarah and arranged to have one of their techs out here to fix it properly.

Chuck arrived on time. He was very pleasant and friendly and kept me informed of his troubleshooting as he was going along. He found a faulty part and had my furnace back up and working. Sarah even called within 15 minutes of Chuck leaving to make sure I was happy.

Highly recommend this team if you need quick, reliable and trustworthy service.

We called for a thermostat issue and they sent out Chris same day. He was very professional and pointed out a couple other issues at needed prompt attention that we were so thankful for. This is our second great experience with Monarch Heating and Cooling and we purchased their maintenance plan today after noticing the issues from us unintentionally neglecting our HVAC system. We are so thankful for Chris coming out and helping us with our house!

Great service and easy to work with. We had a warranty issue with our hot water tank that they were able to quickly diagnose. They worked with the manufacturer warranty department to get us a replacement unit. Arrived on time and they swapped the tank out quickly. Ours was a little complicated and required a stud to be removed as well as some additional wiring. Looked like new when they left and have had much more hot water than we were getting before. Working perfectly. Won't use anyone else but Monarch from now on!

We have an outdated unit both inside and outside. Rob was excellent. He walked me through the diagnostic and eventually had to add coolant. He did a great job explaining through what options we have to try and get the most from our system before we ultimately have to replace it. He was efficient, punctual and very transparent. I highly recommend.

Monarch worked very diligently to get my AC back during the hottest part of the summer. I had some tricky issues with both the AC equipment and the dc control circuitry. Their technician (Joel), was texting me after normal work hours with suggestions on things I could try to get the system working. I really appreciated his dedication, as well as the scheduling and billing support of the office staff. I will call Monarch first the next time I have HVAC issues.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Monarch. After a furnace replacement last year, we decided to go ahead and replace/upgrade our A/C system this year. The whole process was easy. Chris and Shawn were very professional and made time to ensure everything was done right. They answered any questions we had before, during, and after our install. Monarch Heating and Cooling sent a very great team in Chris, Travis and Shawn. They installed new furnace, AC unit and a humidifier. All the installation was neat and clean. They were prompt and called before they came out. The office people were very helpful with pricing and financing. I would recommend everyone to use this company.

Monarch Heating installed a heat pump and furnace for me. Installers arrived on time and even called before they arrived. They made sure I was satisfied with the install before they left. Very timely and even cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them for any type of heating service you need. Prices were fair and straightforward. Devin made sure there was no surprise costs and the quote was easy to understand.
