We had a water leak over the weekend and left a message at 3:00 a.m. on Sunday and at 11:00 a.m. Chris showed up. He was very professional and had things fixed in hours. They have a customer forever. He answered every question we had and was very patient with us.

Very friendly service. They took my call, reviewed pictures I sent in and called me back promptly. Unfortunately they couldn't help with out situation, but they did provide me with two other companies to call. I was grateful for the references and for Week's prompt customer service.

I had Weeks Plumbing out in March to repair a separated main drain line along my basement wall. It went smoothly and ended up costing me less than the original quote. I'm happy with my service.

We had a leaking in the basement from the ceiling. Weeks came out and quickly identified the cause and fixed it. They were recommended to me by another company and they did a great job.

Today, a friend of mine called me from out of town, who was having an issue with water at his house. He has not lived in the area very long, but asked me who I would recommend? I recommended that he call Weeks Plumbing, so he did, and within two hours they were at his house making repairs! Thanks for getting their emergency taken care of so fast. He will be a customer for life!

No one does it better than Weeks Plumbing! I live in an older (built in 1942) home and they’ve bailed (pun intended!) me out multiple times in the 14 years I’ve owned my house. Nearly every technician on their staff has repaired something at my home ranging from a clogged drain to a collapsed sewer line. Most were emergency issues which Weeks’ serviced without delay and at affordable costs. Their office staff are pleasant, responsive and knowledgable. Can’t recommend Weeks Plumbing highly enough!

We called 3 plumbers for an estimate to move and replace a shower valve. One never called back, one seemed expensive and made it sound like a real difficult job, Weeks called right back, gave me an estimate from photos and was quite a bit less. Weeks was able to schedule us very quickly. They showed up on time and looked over what needed to done. The worker said "no problem ". He was done in about an hour and it looks great and they never tried to up the charge! We will definitely use Weeks Plumbing for our next plumbing needs. We just wish we had found them earlier.

A few weeks back, we had them come out to unclog our toilet. And guess what? We got this in the mail! Talk about top-notch customer service! They were so sweet about it. Will definitely be calling them again !

We hired Weeks Plumbing to complete our new build home and they went above and beyond. They helped us with selecting items that would be long lasting and economical. A few years later they returned to help with finishing our basement. Our service calls have always been handled quickly and the service techs are top notch. We will never call anyone else for our plumbing needs!

The guys came on time and did my job same day. They gave me a quote for another job as well when they were here. Great attitudes and work ethic. Everything works perfectly and the job was done fast. Price was reasonable. I was most impressed that they spoke to each other quite respectfully while working.

We had a problem with our shower and had to shut off water. Although Weeks was booked, they found a way to help. We are so grateful!!!

I’ve lost count of the number of times Weeks Plumbing has saved the day, but it’s been a LOT (like one memorable New Years Eve when I learned all of the things I SHOULDN’T have put in my garbage disposal over the previous years as it backed up our pipes). Whether it’s been new construction, commercial work, or home repairs, Weeks has always been professional, honest, helpful, and quick. We are so grateful for them!

We used Weeks to install a second water meter at our house and they were the best quoted price we got as well as the most knowledgeable at dealing with City of Marysville water quirks. They made everything super smooth organizing with the City of Marysville so we didn’t have to do really anything. They were efficient and didn’t leave a mess behind. Called them again to come out and do a gas line after such a positive experience with the water meter. Can’t recommend them enough.

Last weekend I called Weeks Plumbing on a Saturday after finding out the hot water heater was leaking. I left a message and they called me back within the hour as described in their message for off-business hours. They got all my information and sent Zane who was the technician on call. He was very professional, friendly, understanding, and helpful. I had many questions and he explained my options very well. Zane went above and beyond in replacing the gas hot water tank to make sure all the bases were covered.
I've called Weeks before for other jobs and I've always been impressed with their professionalism and very happy with their top notch service.

I had an issue with the hot water for my shower not working. I noticed the hot water handle now moves past the shutoff point, so I assumed the handle was broken. I live in an old house and our shower has 3 handles instead of 1 (hot water, cold water, faucet), which plumbers typically won't work on anymore. They had me send pictures to forward to the service manager to see if they could replace my 3 handles with 1.

It turns out the hot water pipe was frozen and once it thawed out, hot water started flowing again. The plastic piece in the handle that stops it from going past the shutoff point just coincidentally broke at the same time, but the handle is otherwise in perfect working order.

It took Weeks Plumbing TWO WEEKS to say they couldn't do the replacement and that I'd need a full shower remodel, which they don't do. I understand that my situation is a little complex, but 1) I did find a company that would do the swap for me (for $1,350), and 2) it took them two weeks to tell me they couldn't do it. I could understand two days, but two weeks is ridiculous.

Unfortunately, Marysville is short on local plumbers and I want to support local businesses, so Weeks is really my only choice. I don't want to give a 1 star review based off of one interaction, so that's why I gave 3. If I have another plumbing issue, I'll try them again, I just hope they don't take another two weeks to get back to me. Maybe that's why they're called Weeks Plumbing?

We called weeks plumbing on Tuesday 11.12.24 about replacing a broken shut off valve and some others that were old. Also to check a shower to see if the plumbing needed replaced. They asked us to send photos, which we did, they called right back and went over the photos and told us they would call to schedule the repairs. It’s now a week later and we haven’t heard a word. We called rescue rooter and they were here within 2 hours of the initial call.
