Excellent service! Audie Reed arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed our plumbing issues. He took his time and explained everything and answered all our questions . He was friendly ,polite and left our home spotless. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs !

Shawn Crank was my plumber today and he was very friendly and informative when explaining the cause of my plumbing issues. He explained several ways to solve my issue along with the pros and cons of each. I am very appreciative of his time and experience to help me resolve my issue.

We had our Rinnai tankless water heater replaced. John and Alex did an amazing job 👏 on this installation and was completely done in the estimated time we were given in the estimate. Thanks again guys.

He installed two brand new toilets and did so efficiently. He was kind and polite during the entire service, a smile on his face during every interaction (plus, kind to my cat!). John & Alex were an excellent team. My hot water heater was broken. They explained where the problem was and quickly installed a new one to get me up & running. John answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I will always call Nixco for my plumbing needs.

My original 10-year old sump pump got water in the case and shorted it out. Called Nico in the morning and two technicians, Nathan and John, arrived that afternoon. The troubleshooting, removal of old pump, and installation of the new one took about one hour. Great same day service. The guys were courteous and competent. They are highly recommended.

Just had Kris and Mason come out to look at our softener and test our hardness. Had a great experience with them both and appreciate their hard work and efforts. Having them put in a new water softener in sometime soon, can’t wait for more excellent service!

John Krusling was very personable and extremely helpful today with our fix. We had water leaking from upstairs into our new kitchen. John was able to diagnose the problem in a matter of minutes. He completed the job in just a few hours when I thought it would’ve taken into the next day. Great experience and will definitely be calling again. Highly recommend John to anyone in need of future repairs.

Chris and John were very kind hard working and diligent. They fixed our shower quickly and offered help with other issues we had. Our shower now has hot water and I couldn’t be happier. Excellent company 10/10 would use their services again

I recently had an issue with my toilet, and I am so glad I called this plumbing service. John was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Right away, I was impressed by their professionalism. They arrived promptly, assessed the issue quickly, and clearly explained what needed to be done and the cost involved. There were no surprises, which I greatly appreciated. Our 99 year old home had a significant problem with a back up of sewer pipes due to tree roots. Nixco scheduled our service quickly, and Audie was thoughtful in finding the problem and the best solution. Audie and Paddy did an excellent job and were great about communicating what needed to be done and were up front about the cost of the work. We are confident that they have solved our problem. We appreciated their professionalism and hard work. We would highly recommend Nixco.

Had another great experience with Nixco Plumbing! The customer service at their office is always great. I called to have a water softener removed and the water line checked that goes to the refrigerator. Jared was the service technician. He was very friendly and professional. He explained in detail the estimate and the work being done. He was also great in answering my questions. After the work was done, everything was put back in its place. I will continue to use Nixco Plumbing in the future.

Our hot water heater stopped working, and Chris from Nixco Plumbing came out to help. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Chris quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood what needed to be done.

We’re currently waiting on parts for the repair, but we’re already very impressed with his excellent customer service and attention to detail. It’s clear that Chris truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. The level of customer service we received was outstanding—prompt, courteous, and efficient.

Kyle was fantastic to work with. Did a great job, was very efficient and was here within 10 minutes of calling for repairs! Nixco is always honest about what the options are and what the best recommended option for the customer is.

Shawn Crank did an excellent job helping us out of a potential big issue. His attention to detail, timeliness and skill saved the day. He is a great asset to Nixco and will use them again.

Every service call we’ve had with NixCo Plumbing has been extremely professional. Called on Tuesday, Mason W and Kris B were out on Wednesday to provide estimates for what we thought was a serious water pressure issue raised by our RO water company. They tested and explained why their finding wasn’t as serious as we were told. There are items we have to discuss with our HOA before making any repairs/adding a pressure valve but I am extremely confident that NixCo will do a great job. There were a few other items we wanted estimates for (two leaky faucets, bathroom remodel/shut off valves needed and corrosion on water main). Mason and Kris checked those items out, explained what the work involved would require, then gave estimates for those as well. Very appreciative of their time and professionalism.

I had the sump pump replaced. Jared arrived inside the expected timeframe and was quick to diagnose the issue and provide the recommended approach. Fix was completed before the time estimated. Great service overall

Good experience from initial contact through installation. Scheduling appointment was easy, and I appreciated the reminders for the appointment and the notice when the technicians were on the way. Nathan and Mason did an outstanding job with the installs; efficient, clean, great quality. I appreciated their expertise, answering questions thoroughly, and very personable.
