Ben and Tom were absolutely amazing!!! I am a little OCD and have a bit of a germ phobic 🦠 They went above and beyond; I was so upset about the damage, and they were reassuring throughout the process and did a Heck of a job!!! I am sincerely thankful for their professionalism, expertise, and quality of work!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our basement flooded when our sump pump failed during a huge storm the night before. We called Roto-Rooter and they managed to send someone out to assess the damage even during a huge snow with bad road conditions. The next day, Ben the lead tech and Josh his assistant were over first thing to begin the process of clearing the water and drying the basement.

They were very polite, friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. Ben continued to follow up with me with good communication on when he would be coming each day to monitor the moisture levels. He was great to talk to and worked hard to ensure I was happy with the status of the basement.

Root-Rooter was efficient at drying our basement, and I would use them again if my basement flooded again. (Which I obviously hope it does not.)
I would also use them for my normal plumbing needs in the future.

Terrance was very thorough and professional. He listened to me and explained everything in advance. He ordered a camera analysis to make sure all was in order. I am very pleased with his service.

Came in quickly and had an estimate within a short period of time. After some investigating found that the problem was not what we originally thought and it did not require the original work quoted; this resulted in a lower build which was very nice to hear on multiple levels. RotoRooter came out on a holiday weekend without a surcharge and fixed our problem quickly and competently. They even honored the senior citizen discount coupon on their website. It was overall a very agreeable experience (as can be when it costs so much!)

They were all extremely polite and respectful. Their response time was great. They explained to me the step by step process they were going to take to fix the problem. They fixed the problem in a timely manneWhen the work was completed I couldn’t even tell what had happened. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to anybody. I can’t thank them enough!

Arrived within an hour and did repair quickly. It was pricey but then again it was a Friday night.

Ben was so helpful in cleaning up our basement after the sewage line got backed up! He had to come to our house on multiple different days and was always so accommodating and communicative when scheduling times to come over. He was very kind throughout the whole process, and I highly recommend his services!

Russell was wonderful! Very quick to respond in a weekend emergency and came through to easily fix the issue for us and explained everything in detail so that we could prevent similar issues in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a great experience with Roto Rooter. My water heater went out and Russel came in and performed great work. He even recommended pivoting the unit to give me more space in the unfinished part of my basement, which is one of those things I have just lived with. However, the small change has been great.

I appreciate the work, the attention to detail, and the no pressure sales conversations. Definitely will call again when I have a future need.

Chad was pilot and professional and I felt he was honest. He was able to get us up and running again!

Brian was more than punctual...arriving quickly to address a significant back-up in our 2 toilets...and tub. After showing Brian the problem areas, he quickly addressed this...running his auger down our outside cut-out with his auger. We could not have been more pleased with his promptness...and service. Quite the gentleman as well!

Called regarding a basement lift pump and water in my basement. Company was very responsive and had a service technician there within two hours of when I contacted them.

Their service technician, Russell Moore was awesome. He explained what malfunctioned and how he thought to best rectify the issue. He was very knowledgeable and professional and pointed out a few issues pertaining to my system that I would benefit from doing to my sit more efficient and not work as hard. Felt extremely lucky to have had him for the repair!

Wanted to share the recent experience we just had in our home with the Roto-Rooter Restoration team. Both my husband and I are so grateful for Ben Jones and Tom Reinhardt .
