The service guys, Pat and Bryce were awesome! They did everything to perfection. They worked constantly and consistently. I feel very safe and happy with their work. They came when they said and finished a big task quickly. They also had great sense of humor. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone. Hilscher-Clarke is a truly great company to have in this area.

Great company. Received my quote quickly. They were nice and courteous. Scheduled a person for an estimate very quickly and scheduled my appointment after the estimate quickly. The Tradesmen that was here was very nice and efficient and did a good job and cleaned up afterwards.

Very professional. They did an amazing job installing some lights and fixing a problem I had. Then I went to pay Doug and his helper (sorry didn’t get his name) I somehow gave him an extra $100 and they very easily could have kept it cause I went to my car to get the change but they handed it back to me. That says so much about both of these men. Thanks for being honest. Thanks for cleaning up after yourself it didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for a job well done.

Shocking (pun-intended), would best describe the response to the estimate for replacing old low-voltage wiring with standard wiring.

Was it expensive? Yes.
Was it disruptive? Yes.
Was it messy? Yes.

Was it worth it? YES!

From the initial contact with Heather, at the Hilscher-Clarke Residential office, to the estimate with Seth, to the "home invasion" by the electricians, Pat, Bryce and Matt, we knew we were working with highly competent people.

Replacing an older home's wiring, demands a high degree of patience and perservrence. The electricians kept at it until a viable route for the new wiring was located. It was amazing to watch the cooridated efforts involved. From attic to basement, it was quite a feat.

After the project was completed, and the mess and cost was behind us, we cannot think of a better company to work with than Hilscher-Clarke.

From my initial inquiry to the time they arrived, it was less than 24 hours. Promptly found the issue and fully tested and retested. I was incredibly impressed with the speed to resolution. This was an issue where my home EV charger was tripping the breaker. 100% satisfied.

I hope upper management sees this review because whatever you’re paying Seth Corrick, it’s not enough he deserves a promotion and a raise. He is phenomenally efficient and responsive and once again he helped someone I referred out of a jam on very short notice in what to them was a dire situation. I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic Seth is at his job and what an incredible representative he is for HC! If he is not fast tracked to upper management, then there is something wrong because he is the type of person that will take a company to the next level!

Great service ! On time , answered All my questions . Even took time to look at some equipment that we had down in the basement that turns out was no longer in use after the Generac was installed. Generac ready for another year .

Shane arrived on time and set to work doing maintaince check on our generator. When he was through he came and explained everything he had checked and done and asked if we had any questions.

We needed to replace our existing electical panel. Matt showed up on time and worked nonstop to get the job done. We are very pleased with his work and how easy the company made this job come together. They worked with AEP to turn the power off and back on. Scheduled the inspector to inspect the job. Every detail was taken care of and we had a stress free job completed in a very timely manor. I would definitely do business with this company again.

I hired HC to upgrade my service and install a new standby generator. I was very impressed with the efficiency and the coordination with power company and inspector that limited our outage! I would strongly recommend them for any electrical work

In December, Hilscher-Clark Electric installed a home generator for me. From the Service Manager, Seth Corrick, to the team that did the installation (Shane, Bryce, Albert, Matt and Doug) my experience was great, and I would choose them again. I had lots of questions when making the decision and about the installation, and they were all answered patiently and thoroughly.
They have lots of knowledge, experience, and work really well as a team.

If I could give a 4.5 rating, I only have one small complaint. It takes forever for the checks to be cashed. My installation was on Dec 11, and the final checks have still not cleared my account as of Dec 31.

Pat was fantastic. He fixed my 2 major issues and gave me guidance on my other problems. I’m very happy with my experience.

Just had Matt change out a bad breaker that kept tripping. This company is so professional and accommodating to your personal needs. Employees are fantastic at what they do and super friendly. Pat is very a skilled professional and neat in completing the job. Hilscher-Clarke was respectful of our time and schedules, also. They were quick to respond and showed up promptly. Even the invoicing and payment process was quick and efficient. Highly recommend.
