We called them out for A/C and Heater replacement. Sokol the business owner came out to personlly evaluate our needs and give us his best commendation. They were the only one that would install the HVAC system we wanted. We had separate ductwork for our main house and the attached mother in law suite. We wanted to unify the ductwork so that we would need only one HVAC system. They came in several thousand dollars less than all of their competitors. Add in their high quality install work and their conversational nature. Shoutout to the Smith Brothers. I would recommend them above all others if you need HVAC work done.

We met Sokol Durici, owner of ComfortPro Heating and Cooling and staff at the Stark County Home and Garden show. We were considering replacing our 20 year old furnace. They were very friendly and provided us with general information, so we scheduled them to come out and give us a price. The owner came out, and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did the necessary testing and advised us of the type of system that was best suited for our house and our needs. We had some areas of our home that were cold in the winter, and hot in the summer. He explained the problem, and gave us solutions to address it. We had scheduled other companies to come out the following week, and ended up with 3 good bids. We choose the “best” bid for the job. We were completely sold on having ComfortPro do the work for us. All of the work went according to plan. The Smith Brothers did our installation. They were very professional knowledgeable, and provided friendly service. They completed the installation quickly and cleaned up leaving everything the way they found it. They made sure we had no questions. Great service! Next, Will Harvey, came to calibrate and check everything over to make sure everything was working properly. Again, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service. The owner, and his company, goes above and beyond in every aspect of the job. If you want HVAC work done that you don’t have to worry about, and know that you can pick up the phone and speak to the owner whenever you have a question or problem, call ComfortPro Heating and Cooling.

I had a new multi zone mini split installed in our old 2 story home. Sokol, the owner was there to oversee the start of the installation and also afterwards to check things over and to make sure I was happy with everything. If anything is not right he will correct it, this is huge as it has been my experience with most companies once you sign the contract you don't hear from them again. The communication with him was great as he was always quick to respond to questions and also the company uses a system to text you when they are on the way to your house and to track their location at anytime so you know exactly when they will arrive. I highly recommend ComfortPro.

My experience was fantastic. Our air conditioner was broken and they came out the next day. Alex spent 3 hours here. He was very professional, clean and explained every step of the process. He even made time to do an annual tune up on the unit. We will use them again!

ComfortPro did such an amazing job installing our new furnace. They were very professional and were able to get us scheduled very quickly for a new furnace after the initial diagnosis. After having a poor experience with another heating and cooling company my husband and I really appreciated how kind and professional all the employees were from the owner of the company to the technicians that installed our new furnace. Will was our tech for our broken air-conditioning/furnace issue. We recently purchased our home and a week later this disaster happened. We called Comfort Pro Heating and Cooling and within an hour Will was at our home and diagnosed the problem. The following morning he came back with the part needed and we now have air during one of the most hot and humid weeks of the season!!!!!!!!! ComfortPro Heating & Cooling installed a new gas furnace and an air conditioning system to replace my outdated equipment. Their installers were courteous and completed the work in a timely manner. Their workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

100% satisfaction! Steve and Matt did a fantastic job installing three minisplit units. From texting arrival time (with photos of them) to protecting my floors, wearing shoe covers, to the complete cleanup each day, this was a very positive experience. I highly recommend!

Our unit died last week and we decided to replace our existing heat pump with a new efficient Bryant heat pump. Sokol spent 3 hours sharing his knowledge with us, giving us options and helping us decide on what would work best for us & fit into our budget. Over the last three days Will, Steve & Matt were here replacing both our inside and outside unit as well as adding a gas line for us. They were extremely personable, they were communicative and professional. Everything is up and running perfectly and their craftsmanship is unmatched. We would highly recommend Comfort Pro to all our family and friends. When you’re making an investment in your home it is important to go with the best!
