What a great little independent business! I needed service on my kohler generator & was having problems doing so until I found Shanklin. Tyler was very knowledgeable & extremely helpful. We bought a 1953 house with original boiler system. We knew it was a matter of time that we would need to replace it & didn't want it to be in the middle of winter. Phil was very courteous, friendly & informative. Not the typical high-pressure sales person. He gave us update options & prices & also confirmed supplies were available before we made a decision.
UPDATE: We called Shanklin again to help with our A/C ductwork. We expected it to take 2 days but the guys replaced the whole system & cleaned up/out all the old ducts & insulation in just 6 hours. These guys are always courteous, on time, friendly & helpful. I highly recommend Shanklin. 👌
