This is the first time I used Kamm Star and had a surprisingly good service visit You see for the last 8 years I had used another company and all they cared about was the sales pitch at the end of the visit. Even when I replaced my entire HVAC system with a new one just 4yrs ago they tried selling me something I just didn't need. When I kept saying no they changed their target to my water heater. Kamm Star had none of that, sure they made a few suggestions but I never felt any pressure. I would definitely use them again and appreciate the technician Robert as he was very personable and explained everything he did. Bottom line if you have a HVAC service provider that makes you feel uncomfortable in your own home, try Kamm Star as they treat you with respect. Thanks Kamm Star!

Kamm Star has always been responsive to my needs over the past 30 years. The most recent project went off without a hitch and the result was exactly what I had hoped for. The technicians were courteous and cleaned up when they were finished. I have another project scheduled for next month and have no doubt that I'll be just as satisfied. Called Kamm Star for a leak in my Aprilairre. They came out the same day and quickly replaced the problem hose. Both technicians were polite, helpful and friendly. We had another leakage issue the following week. Kamm Star technician Jay came out and flushed additional pipes that had also been clogged. This second service visit was done at no-charge to us. You can't ask for better, faster service. We were extremely pleased and grateful. Have them coming back next week to replace a shower faucet. We know they will again do an excellent job for us.

First, they kept my old original from when the house was built furnace alive for 15 years and then I bought my new one back in 2012 and they have been maintaining it and my Airco once or twice a year ever since. The service people are always polite, thorough, and tell me what is going on. I recommend them all the time. Kamm Star rocks.

We have used Kamm Star Contractors since we moved here to Cleveland, and they have always been thorough and trustworthy. This most recent experience with them was the very best by far! The gentleman who came out to inspect our furnace and service our Aprilaire unit, Robert, was the most thorough and conscientious service man we have ever had! He was wonderful!

We haven’t had a regular furnace company that we felt we could trust. I was recently referred to Kamm Star so when our furnace died I gave them a call. They got it running in no time and gave it a good cleaning. Four days later I got a refund check in the mail for over payment. WoW!!! That’s amazing and refreshing that a company would be so honest! I had no idea that I paid too much. They could have easily kept it and called it good, but they didn’t. I will never call another company besides Kamm Star for our furnace care. Thank you!!!

We have had Kamm Star at our home for the past 18 years servicing our heating/cooling systems!! They are all so friendly, here on time when they say they will be, and getting the job done in a very timely manner! We highly recommend them!!!

Frank and his team were absolutely amazing to work with for the replacement of our HVAC system. They were very professional, friendly and timely. Our system went down and they had a new HVAC system installed in three days from the time of our consult. I would recommend Kamm Star to anyone that needs a great service provider. Excellent customer service at the main office and on the Job by Kamm star. They were very professional. They installed a new AC unit in a 80+ Yr old house that has never had AC. They also replaced the furnace as it was very old as well.

The contractors worked hard and fast and did an excellent job explaining the new system and manuals to me before they left. I highly recommend this trustworthy company to anyone looking for heating and cooling services.

I had my furnace and air conditioner serviced. The technician arrived on time , was very efficient and friendly. He was here for several hours. Price was about what i expected. I reccomend them highly. Its difficult to find someone to service oil furnaces.

Brad did a wonderful job of explaining the work that needed to be done. My furnace needed additional work that took more time than anticipated and Brad very graciously completed the work and ordered necessary parts for a second appointment. Very pleased and highly recommend!!!

We had Kamm Star install a garage furnace two years ago and have had them do our yearly maintenance and are very happy with the service. On time, professional and know their products. Did a great job! Will definitely use them again for all our AC/Heating needs!

Excellent service. Did not fix my humidifier as he wasn’t aware it needed repair. I had addressed the problem when I called but I guess somewhere along the line it got lost. Nice young tech.

Been using Kamm Star for a long time. Main reason is Robert. He is competent, thorough, caring, and friendly. I always request Robert because I trust him and his abilities. Very satisfied customer.

They were awesome. Our AC broke down and they had someone out same day and worked around our schedule. The tech Brian was great and troubleshooted the problem. He worked late to make sure it was done well. Great work

Never disappointed when Kamm Star technician is needed at my home . Always on time, friendly, knowledgeable…..
