Service Tech responded to our Air Conditioner issue and resolved the problem in an expeditious and professional manner.

The Employee who serviced our AC was very knowledgeable, Friendly and very professional in explaining what he was doing.

Woke up to a cold house on a Sunday. Called around 7a was in touch with a tech by 7:30. He braved a blizzard and got us warm by 2P. Thanks Shiloh.

I had a problem occur with my new AC, and the technicians figured out the problem very quickly. They were knowledgeable, explained the problem and the fix very well. I was very pleased with my experience.

Woke up to a hot water tank break….freaked out…who to call??? Called Medina Heating and Cooling(remembered our service man telling us they also did plumbing)called at eight sharp, return call by 8:30….tech was here by nine …assessed the situation….(can fix today!!!)tank was shot… called in to assistant about what was needed…. He brought everything with him…except shut off valve…needed because new tank was higher and needed all the previous plumbing reworked…went and got a new shut off valve)both guys were excellent , felt like we had family working on it for us( never mind they both looked to be twenty…yes my husband and I are 55 and 61 respectively) got everything redone by 1:15 and within an hour have hot water again….price was fair… quality of service was beyond excellent…. Don’t overlook them for help…..excellent experience!!!! And great to know that not only is our furnace and air in good hands, so is our water tank…..thankful thanks !!!!!!!

The technician was great. Very professional and took time to explain everything. While he was there he corrected some issues that he discovered.
We were very pleased and impressed.

Been using Medina Heating/Air Cond. since 2018. From the day they installed our entire Trane HVAC system and Tankless water heater they have been wonderful. The equipment is flawless. Their service is always friendly, honest, and on time. Wouldn't use anyone else.
