Loveland Roofing recently completed a total roof replacement (tear off, repair, and roof replacement) for our 90+ year old house. With multiple peaks, steeply-pitched roofs, and a tricky gutter system to work with, this was not an easy task. They did a great job! His team leaders and staff were hard-working, professional and polite. They also protected our landscaping well and did a thorough clean-up including using a high-powered magnet to detect any loose nails. Additionally, Tim gave a very detailed and reasonably price quote making it an easy choice. I highly recommend Loveland Roofing.

Loveland Roofing gave us the best bid out of four bids on our roof job, it was a biggy! Tear off two roofs and repair a small section of damaged plywood. Tim was super to deal with, he made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Great company, highly recommend.

Friendly owner but when they say "free inspections" be quick to ask how much it will cost before they go ahead and fix the problem without telling you! I didn't, and it turned out to be a $50 check to nail back ONE SHINGLE!!! I would have climbed on the roof myself if I had known that was the only problem! I feel taken advantage of because of the area I live in. I bet it wouldn't have cost that much if I wasn't in such a nice part of town. Will NOT be calling them again for future help.

LOL..my neighbors are still talking about these guys. If you want to terrorize your pets, anger your neighbors, and spend an hour or so picking up nails out of your yard and driveway, these are the guys for you! Granted nice roof, but no fun to get it.
