The whole process went very well. We quoted three different companies after considering all of our options we decided to go with Unique Home Solutions. The sales reps, final measurement and install all went great. Everyone was very professional and treated our house with respect.

We recently had our bathroom redone with Unique Home Solutions.
It was a complete tear out of our existing tub, surround and floor.
They completed the job in one day and you could not even tell they were there.
The gentlemen who completed the work were very neat, personable, and respectful.
The workmanship was of the highest quality.
My wife and I are extremely pleased with our new bathroom and would recommend Unique Home Solutions to our family and friends!

My husband and I were so impressed with the quality of the people that work at Unique in Cleveland, OH. From the sales associates to office staff to Installers they work as a team. We had leaf gutters installed on our 1960's ranch, needless to say they are beautiful! The work crew was diligent in tearing off the old gutters which were full of ice and snow and installing the new gutter system. We would definitely consider Unique in other jobs we have.

We have utilized Unique’s services twice now, for a bathtub/bathroom remodel and full home window installation project. The level of quality of workmanship and products are second to none! Not only is the service provided in a timely manner, but it done so effectively and efficiently! I try to do most of my home projects myself, but for larger projects I only refer to Unique Home Solutions! I would recommend this company to anyone—even my own family!

The salesman Paul was very informative. He answered all the questions we had and new the product very well. Anthony joined him on a second visit and was also very knowledgeable.

We had our bathroom remodeled. The installers, Chuck and Steve were outstanding. Chuck explained things as the installation progressed.

We are very satisfied to this point with the finished product. The bathroom looks great.

We needed windows and a very large patio door. We met with Don from Unique, and were very pleased with the "no pressure" sales presentation. We were also impressed by Unique's follow-ups and excellent communications. When it was time to install the windows and door, the crew was on time, very efficient, and professional. We couldn't be more pleased with the products and services.

I am very happy with the windows and the professionalism this company has shown us. I was very skeptical about calling companies to come and give us quotes because in the past we have been high pressure to buy. This company came in very kind, not high pressure sales pitch. We chose this company and I don't regret my decision. They were efficient, professional, fast and they cleaned up after themselves. They have address our concerns very quickly. From start to finish we were very satisfied. The salesman, Paul, was not pushy at all. He was very professional and was concerned about what we needed and wanted along with what we could afford.

The person that came out and measured, another Paul, was also very professional. He not only measured but asked questions (our house was built in 1920). These were still the original windows.

The installers, Kendal and Tony were terrific also. They called to let us know when they were on the way and kept us up to date as to what was happening. Kendal and Tony were very good and respectful of our time and belongings. They were here when they said they would be, competed their work, showed us how the windows worked and cleaned up. Other than having these beautiful windows you would never know they were here.

I would definitely recommend these windows and Unique Solutions for anyone who is in need of windows or any of their other services.

Unique Home Solutions has my undying support because they pull no punches, work harder than anyone I've ever seen, use materials of the utmost quality, and really care about the client. Workers like Eric and Curtis barely took breaks even though I encouraged them to do so. My entire neighborhood came round daily to "inspect" the work. All were so impressed as am I. Bob Dillon, the owner, came out to visit with us. He runs a company the way it should be with quality and concern for his workers. I welcome anyone to visit our home to check out how beautiful it is. You will never be pressured into doing any work by the company. It speaks for itself, and that's how I decided to go with this uniquely old-fashioned (in a good way) company. I do plan on having them back to do my roof in the future. You really won't be disappointed.

From the men who came to show us your product to the men who installed it we were impressed by their professionalism. My husband and I were very happy with the installation and when the men left except for the beautiful window everything was clean neat and tidy just as they found it! We are very happy with the job and would call again for our next project.

We had a replacement Patio door, a enlarged replacement window and a patio door removed and replaced with a new window. Unique did all the framing, construction, insulation, and siding for us. We are very happy with the install,the crew and the product. They are high quality, efficient and attractive windows. And the craftsmanship provided was excellent! Unique Home Solutions is a home improvement company that's seriously on a level of their own! We've been burned in the past by other contractors in the past & sat through a lot of presentations where everyone talked fast & pressured to "sign on the dotted line." And then Unique came along.

We found out about Unique Home Solutions through the Home Improvement Show at the Cleveland Convention Center. We scheduled an appointment and were thoroughly impressed! Neil C. (our initial salesman) took the time to "explain" (not sell) to us why his company's product is the best for our needs.

Ultimately, we had our windows, doors, siding, & gutters replaced. Worth every penny I swear!!! They say you can't put a price on comfort... Let me tell ya, our home has been so much more comfortable compared to last year (before Unique) it's unreal.

My husband and I highly recommend Unique Home Solutions. We had our gutters replaced and they look, and most importanly FUNCTION wonderfully. The members of the Unique Home Solutions team that we had contact with were friendly, extremely professional and provided superior customer service. As a consumer making a large investment in my home, I wanted a company that could help me understand their brand. I wanted to be able to trust in the product I was purchasing and Dave provided information that did just that. He presented the information and was not at all overbearing or pushy. He actually brought a sample gutter system so we could see, in person, what it was we were planning on investing in.Dave walked us through financing options which was not at all a complicated process for us. They guarantee their products and because of everything I mentioned, for any future home projects we will be using Unique Home Solutions. Unique Home Solutions seems to really care about their employees, image, products, and most importantly their customers.

We had a back sliding glass door installed. They did a great job with the install, clean-up, follow-up. I particularly like that this is an employee owned company. All the employees really care about the company and its reputation. There was a minor problem with the door (not the install) and the install team promptly came out to review and fix the issue. I would definitely recommend Unique for your home projects.

The quality, professionalism and work done with Unique Home Solutions was flawless! Absolutely EVERYONE I spoke with either by phone or in person was extremely friendly and sought to meet my needs in every manner. They went BEYOND their needed jobs to be certain that all was perfect and just as I imagined. From the first call by John Kruse, to the home visit with Tom and Shawn to the phone calls from Nicole and the floor manager to the workers who all surpassed my expectations, I thank them. I am so happy that they found me, or did I find them? - In any case, anyone can call me personally for a sensational recommendation. From the no-pressure pitch from the knowledgeable and friendly sales guys, to the expert and courteous professionals who installed both of our new bathrooms, everyone we interacted with was a dedicated, caring part of the team. There was an eight-month delay in this project waiting for another construction company to install a new roof. When I finally let them know that the roof was finished, they came to the job site and installed the gutters in a day and a half. I really appreciate the accommodation to my needs and the timely response when notified. BYT - It has been raining for the past 12 hours and the new gutters are performing flawlessly. Superb job and service to client!

We had never heard of this company before, but they have a "store" in the Streetsboro Walmart and our son entered us into a drawing for $25000 in home renovation projects. They called to confirm all of our info and of course wanted to come out to pitch us their spiel. Paul came to our home and was very polite and informative, everything you expect these people to be when they come to sell you something. We've had several companies out for various reasons in the last few years, but what stuck with us overall about these guys was that they do all of their own work, always. They don't subcontract anything out, their people are crew specific to their specialty. So if they come out to do a window replacement one week and then a bathroom remodel the next, it won't be the same people doing both jobs. We hired them to replace our big picture window in our living room and they came out in January to do it! They set it up so we weren't losing heat from the house and also to make sure none of our kitties got out. They did a fantastic job installing the window AND cleaning up. You couldn't even tell we'd had workers there and they got it all done in one day! Now, since we had it done in January, obviously we weren't opening the windows for fresh air. The first day it was warm enough, we opened them up and discovered that the screens weren't held in place by anything! We called them back the next day to get it fixed and they ordered the part immediately and setup a time to come out as soon as it was in. A week after they repaired it, they called to make sure it was still good and that we were happy. They're coming out over the summer to replace our sliding glass door. Hire them, you'll be glad you did.

I was really impressed with Unique Home Solutions from beginning to end. The sales team was courteous and not in any way pushy. They were well educated on the product and were willing to help with any financial questions I might have had. The installation team was equally excellent. They made recommendations and explained all aspects of the job. The team was very professional, quiet, and extremely efficient. They worked non-stop until the job was complete. I was very impressed.

What a place! They are so helpful and informative. Megan was so sweet and had so much knowledge. Looking to remodel? This is the spot to be! Always have deals and there are so many options for what you are looking for. Definitely something for everyone. With top line products! What a great company!

Unique Home solutions was so easy to work with from start to finish. The gentleman who came to our home to show us their product and price out our new bathroom was so nice and we loved that he wasn't pushy and really listened to what we wanted. The guys who did the actual installation where nice and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They even swept and cleaned outside where they had worked. Great company and will definitely be working with them again!
