The landscaping committee of our HOA looks for dependable, professional, quality work that is also affordable. We found it in Schill Grounds Management. We're happy with their work and the fact that our residents are happy. We don't like dealing with calls of complaints and we don't have to since we started contracting with Schill. If we do have something to discuss, the response is always quick.

They do not do a quality job. Things you left behind that should be picked up. they don't cut all the grass. Pictures with speak for themselves but for some reason this site won't let me post any

Horrible!!!

These inconsiderate people spilled paint all over my house and patio and yard divider and didn’t tell me or clean any of it up.

Loud plow trucks that plow too fast. Flying around parking lot...looks like hes gonna skid into a car. Will ruin your grass and not repair it in the spring/summer.

After working with Britt and not getting resolution on basic issues of the landscape job, I reached out to Jim Schill the owner. Both men promised to address the issues of poor plant material, incorrect planting, and incorrect placement of trees. The Schill team could not space evenly along the side of the building a basic row of trees.

After one and a half years, numerous calls and discussions and paying $10,000 to Schill these men have not addressed the problems that they created. Their solution is for me to purchase more trees to make up for their lack of following the plan.

I invite you to come see for yourself the poor quality of work and the poor quality of plant material that was incorporated into the landscape of my office building at 17112 Pearl Road in Strongsville Ohio.

On a positive note, the grass came in ok (see pictures).

The Schill landscaping company has provided our family and neighborhood with nothing but disappointing and less than adequate grounds keeping services. Even after issuing direct complaints, Schill continues to fail at their essential tasks. Oftentimes they come and don't pull the weeds and when they are asked to do so they tear them out and scatter them across the grass instead of collecting them and preventing further growth of weeds. Additionally, the tires on much of their equipment tears up the grass that they so call "manicure" ruining the appeal of having a landscaped lawn. And we understand that mistakes can happen but when asked by a customer to correct them, it is disappointing when they respond with shoddy results and ignore their basic duties. And the cherry on top is when they are scheduled to provide their "landscaping services" they don't even arrive when scheduled and fail to give any sort of notice whatsoever. We have given Schill multiple chances to improve by issuing complaints and trying to be understanding however they have shown that they do not value feedback and would rather provide a subpar job than do what they are paid to do.
