Bailey came to my home for a clogged kitchen sink. He was polite, professional and very cautious of keeping the area clean. He didn't ask for payment until I was satisfied with the job and even after I paid he double checked to make sure there was nothing else I needed. Along with the top shelf customer care, it was relatively inexpensive compared to the quality of service. I'll definitely call Carlong for all my future plumbing needs.

The gentleman that came was nice and explained everything to me and helped ease my concerns.

The name truly fits, Carlong plumbing solutions, after dealing with another plumbing company for about a month one call to Carlong plumbing and Alex arrived looked at and assessed my issue, listened to what had been occurring, within a few minutes he had a job plan which he explained in detail so I understood and had an estimated cost for me. And this was all done saturday morning to fit with my work schedule. Monday Bailey arrived on time and completed the job plan just as I was told it would be done. When he finished he let me know what he encountered and how he fixed and corrected the issue. I am a detailed individual and when it comes to my home the bar is set high. Thank you Alex and thank you Bailey, I will be using Carlong plumbing definitely again.

Carling originally scheduled for Friday morning but rescheduled for today, Thursday, between 2 pm and 6 pm. Technician arrived even earlier, was polite courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and cleaned up afterwards. Commication was great through the entire process. Carlong Plumbing was so helpful when my hot water heater stopped working on the Friday before Thanksgiving. They scheduled a service call for Monday. Bailey came out and determined the hit water heater needed to be replaced, as well as code upgrades. He picked up a new hot water tank, came back, installed it himself as well as the code upgrades very efficiently and professionally, and was very courteous. And I was able to have hot water before Thanksgiving!

Quality is what it’s all about, professional & on time. Good team of individuals getting a job done right, the 1st time.

I am truly happy with the service I received. I giving the company five stars because of Alex, he took the time to answer all of my question even allowing me tie to call and consult with someone eles about the hot water tank. He was very professional and took the time to clean up . I would highly recommend this company.

Carlong saves the day! I was at the office and received a call from the wife. Our hot water tank blew and water is everywhere. 1 call to Jamie Long is all it took.
Tec was on sight in 1 hour to inspect and our new tank was installed right away.

Came early diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it. Chuck even sent me a picture of the cause of the issue and answered questions ans concerns I had.

I needed a wax ring replaced and was referred to Carlong by a friend. An estimate was given over the phone and the booking was scheduled immediately for the day I needed. Bailey showed up on time, was friendly, patient with my anxious, barking dog, and did the job quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!

There was a problem with the jetting of my main sewer line the first time. Alex came and did the camera to check it out and found the problem. He called Jamie and he authorized a re-jetting. Jamie and Alex returned later that day and got everything working! No more smelly sewer back up.
