Always on time, and on rare occasion time change is needed I've been contacted in advance. I always try to return the same thoughtful communication in advance, if I have a sudden illness in our family or need to change timing for some reason and the owner and staff are always so accommodating! The cleanings are consistently high quality and as expected based on my specific requests. One way I believe this company is set apart from other cleaning services that provide a thorough, deep clean is around strong communication and high expectations. 123 Clean is like the Chick Fil A of the cleaning world!

I requested the 123 clean team in Cincinnati to come and do a deep clean of my home including oven and baseboards. To say my home was spotless is a understatement. The team worked hard to make my home feel luxurious and like new ! The stove top was spotless which i had tried for so long to scrub myself. Bathrooms to baseboards looked brand new. I will definitely be signing up for reoccurring services. The team was so friendly and so sweet to my pup too 💖

They do a half job. One girl worked her but off but she's not with them anymore so it's completely bad! Do not trust them! Check your corners and creases that should have been cleaned and you will find the filth they leave behind!
