Kevin is by far the best technician we have ever had come to our house. Don't discriminate due to his young age, he knows his stuff. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and is great at what he does. He should be a trainer for other technicians as he explains everything he is doing and didn't mind me standing over him watching so I could learn as well.
