These people are Dumb!

We have lived in Holmes County for 24 years and was a customer of Cline Plumbing for 20 years. We did not call them for service (Tune Up and Inspection) for three years. Last winter when it was 6 degrees outside, our furnace quit working. The first people we called was Cline Plumbing and Heating and asked them to send Troy out to fix our furnace. Troy had always done a fantastic job.

Mind you, we are Senior Citizens, both in our 70's. The people at Cline told us they could not find us in their computer system which they had recently replaced and told us that we are not one of their customers and are not taking any new customers.

The next day I called them back and pleaded with them to fix our furnace, we had been a customer of theirs for 20 years. All they said, was sorry, they could not help us and were not taking on new customers. To say the least it was a very cold night. Found someone else the next day who came out immediately and took care of us.
