I had Matt from Arctic Air Service Now come out to inspect my furnace from a home purchase. He showed me a few things about my unit and gave it an annual inspection. Friendly service, upfront pricing, and I will call them again for future service needs.

I just had two ductless units installed and highly recommend Kevin for the installation and Jason for selecting the best system for your home. Both were exceptionally professional, respectful, and organized.

We have used AASN for 8+ years now. We had an older home with the original HVAC equipment. They kept it running efficiently and in great shape. We then sold the home and bought a house that is only two years old. We still maintain our Club Membership and have them out twice a year to service the equipment. They actually found an installation issue with our brand new system and fixed it under warranty for us. Great company! Great technicians!

Matt is always very efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to help us with a thermostat problem that wasn’t even related to what he does. We have always had excellent service from him and know that we can ask him anything. With his service and the system, everything has run efficiently since installation.

I've been using this company for about 20 years. They have an affordable service contract, which was handy when I dealt with 2 aging furnace & AC units. The technicians are excellent- honest & professional. My units have been regularly maintained & therefore last as long as possible. They even call to remind me I need to schedule a maintenance check if I forget. Everyone I've dealt with over the years has been great!

A positive experience with Arctic Air Service Now. They scheduled my appt for the same day, called to let me know the technician was on their way, and Ryan arrived on time. He diagnosed and repaired the problem even though the work went into the evening. He kept me updated on his progress and answered my questions without any pushy upselling. The AC is running great, the house is perfectly cool and I'll be a repeat customer.

Ryan is the perfect example of why Arctic Air will always be our hvac company. They serviced our unit before we moved in our home and so when we had a small issue I reached out to them. Prompt, professional expertise and problem solving. We couldn't be more happy. He really went above and beyond with the service. Companies are built on great people and Ryan is a perfect example.
