All reviews for Columbus Tree Services

If I could give 6 stars I would...took care of a rather big (70+ft) pine tree that was inches away from my neighbor's fence. The tree had started leaning badly and a good storm would have brought it down causing a lot of damage. These guy arrived earlier than scheduled and did what they do best...at the absolute best price. Cleaned up everything and were on their way. Highly recommend and will have them back to take a few more trees in the fall.

I started by reaching out to get a quote to remove two large silver maples in our front yard.

Jay was the first gentleman I interacted with and he was knowledgeable, personable, and responsive to putting together a quote. They had everything together within two days between doing a site assessment and pricing out the work based on our desired service (variable depending on if owner wants stump grinding, full removal of debris, etc).

Their proposal for both trees was lower than I had personally expected it would cost to remove one. I verified it further with a local arborist who agreed that their pricing was very fair and reasonable.

They were proactive on scheduling a day for removal. The crew was prompt, professional, and safe.

Its not an every day occurrence you see a tree removed so I watched them do what they do best. These gentlemen were efficient, clean, and thorough. Definitely hard work and skillful considering the proper use of serious equipment and consideration for the property as well as their safety.

They even assisted me in moving some retaining rocks for our flower gardens to a location out of the way. I intended to do it myself and they jumped in to assist without request. Again friendly and professional throughout.

I was able to settle up by paying over the phone with Oliver. Again a pleasant experience and very accommodating to recieve my call in later evening considering I needed to sleep after a third shift.

Nothing about this experience was pushy, complicated, or frustrating. They kept it simple and delivered exactly what they proposed.

Overall a wonderful experience that left me reassured of their consideration for my property, delivery of services proposed, and safety.

We will rest easy knowing those few old trees no longer pose a threat to wreck havoc had they fallen under other circumstances.
I gladly recommended them to my father and a coworker who were looking for removal as well.

Thank you again!

Fantastic job removing two silver maples, grinding the stumps, and trimming two tall oaks. Went above and beyond with surface roots and cleanup. Fast, friendly, and all at a great price. Highly recommend!

Crew did an amazing job and left the place spotless. Extremely responsive and efficient - in and out in under an hour. Was half the cost of the other provider who quoted me. Can't beat it.

Columbus Tree Service did an excellent job on my trees in my yard. I had 2 trees removed and 3 trees thinned out. They clean up extremely well, you cannot even tell they were here. Would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! I had several trees trimmed, one tree removed along with the stump removed. They were thorough and thoughtful throughout the entire process. They made sure I was satisfied with each tree trim which I very much appreciated. They cleaned up from themselves immaculately and were quick and efficient. My neighbors were in awe of the service and will be using for their tree needs. Also, did I mention that they offered the best pricing around? Because they were which made me nervous but in reading the other positive reviews I felt hopeful and now I feel ecstatic that I chose them.

Outstanding crew and company. I had a tree removed and the operation/efficiency of these guys was excellent. I would recommend Columbus Tree Services to everyone after my experience. Not to mention their pricing is extremely competitive.

Incredible service! They were quick to give an estimate, and although they were booked about 6 weeks out- it was worth the wait. Great communication, and very professional throughout the process. I was actually scheduled for Thursday, but they called and asked if we could do today, due to rain in the forecast- very proactive! The work they did was beautiful- we have a very large maple with landscape backgrounds, and we wanted to make sure we could preserve as much of the tree as possible (it is slowly dying). I also didn’t want it just hacked up. They did a great job and made it safe for the time being, and helped us preserve our beautiful tree. It was quick too- about an hour to get it all done. Well done, and Thank you Columbus Tree Service LLC!

Columbus Tree Services was great! They provided a fair quote to remove a spruce in our backyard. They were responsive to my messages and quick to schedule. They arrived on time and were very professional and fast! I highly recommend their services.

The two gentlemen who came to trim our tree did a great job. They were polite and did wonderful work for a great price. They checked with us to be sure they were proceeding with what we wanted done and gave good advice for the Bradford Pear tree to try to keep it growing. (they are known for a short life span). They cleaned up, even raked the leaves and left the work area neat and tidy. We were extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Oliverio and his team are outstanding! Had to cancel because of rain on my scheduled day, they showed up early the next morning and got the job done quickly. The team was meticulous and friendly. Had several quotes from many of the major central Ohio tree companies and CTS was the best. No hesitation in recommending-they will be my first call in the future!

Contacted them for a quote and they replied pretty fast with the cheapest price. Came on time and called before arriving. Cut & grind the stump & cleaned up in under 1 hour. My neighbor came out, also wanted to grind the stump of their previously cut tree, the crew accommodated the sudden request with no problem. I will use them again in the future if needed and will recommend to other people.

CTS was very good. They provided a quote quickly and worked with us on timing.
The job was done quickly and clean up was great. Highly recommended.

Will not disappoint! It's so hard to find great contractors, but we had such a fabulous experience with this company- everything from the low price, their professional conduct in the work and cleanup, to the communication and careful business practices. They saved us thousands. They took down my GIANT maple tree (hanging over two roofs) beautifully and expertly.

In a word - OUTSTANDING !!!

We needed to take down 11 large, mature Blue Spruce trees that had needle cast. They were either dead, or 1-3 years from being so. After reading the excellent reviews for Columbus Tree Services, we decided to give them a call. We are so glad we did.

Oliverio, the owner, came to our house to provide us a cost estimate. It was very reasonable in price. His professionalism and the high quality reviews made the decision easy.

On the appointed day (and time) his crew arrived, in a bit over two hours the trees were down, 4 of the 15" stumps and been ground out and they yard was clean and neat with no sign of their work.

We have already recommended them to our neighbors as we could not be more pleased with Columbus Tree Services and their work.

We had a number of VERY large trees that were very close to our home that needed to be removed. They got back to me right away, and were able to schedule the work and complete the job quickly. Very professional -- incredible to watch them work! Highly recommend!

Oliverio and his crew did an excellent job removing a tall pine tree and grinding the stump. The crew worked carefully and safely, showed up on time, left the site clean, and were pleasant to deal with. We obtained three estimates, and Columbus Tree Services (licensed, bonded and insured) was the least expensive. Highly recommend!

Columbus Tree Service’s team did an excellent job with taking down 2 large (probably 60 year old) trees from our front yard. They ran across an unusual problem, but worked together and tackled the job. They ground out the stump and cleaned up afterwards. Great job! We would definitely recommend this company.

I had made an emergency situation, my tree fell and called them and it was a prompt service from start to finish. They came rather quickly with proper equipment, very modest and efficient. I was so amazed by the crew and their work. An unbelievable crew, I will definitely recommend them.

Columbus Tree Services was recommended to me by another satisfied customer. They were quick to come out and give us a quote and schedule the service. We had several dead trees removed and a large tree trimmed. They were on time, very professional, and very thorough. They made sure I was good with the result before packing up and they cleaned up the space so well, it looked better than it was before they came! Super easy to work with - definitely recommend!
