Absolutely love coming home after they clean. My 6 year old came in from school and said “mmm the house smells so good”!!! Definitely adds more time for us to do family stuff with Maid Sensible cleaning our home. Great work and great dependability and quality!

I love Amanda and her crews. They are always on time, do a good job (I hire them for the highlights every two weeks, not every nook and granny cleaning), and are pleasant beyond words to have in the house. I will hire them for various other jobs in the future, like an annual thorough cleaning, but over past year my experience has been wonderful.

Highly recommend Maid Sensible! Amanda and her entire team are professional, efficient, thorough and do a great job every time. They even do some extra things, and have figured out how to do them on rotation, so it's included in our regular bi-weekly price. The customer service is great and they are all very friendly. They're even nice enough to give our dog lots of attention when they arrive. Lol. Our house looks and smells wonderful after they've been here. I want to start off with saying Amanda and her team have made my life so much easier! I intentionally looked for a local service. As a small business owner I think it is important to support other small local businesses. The team does such a great job cleaning my house and gives extra attention to needed areas I might mention while they are here or in advance. Amanda is prompt on replies and my bill does not change with the extra's I have asked for. They figure out how to address areas on a rotation and I greatly appreciate that! I called last week and she was able to fit me in promptly, they arrived on time at 9am and were done before 11am. The 3 ladies did great work, dusted every thing, mopped, vacuumed, cleaned all the windows and bathrooms. This is the 2nd cleaning company I've ever had come and I will definitely be sticking with these ladies! Great job, I highly recommend!

Maid Sensible and Amanda Pfahler have been cleaning my home for over five years.

She and her team have always cleaned my home well and in a timely fashion.

I have never had any issues with things being broken or misplaced.

Plus, they have always been willing to perform additional tasks such as cleaning our outdoor patio furniture in the spring, or periodically moving furniture to clean behind or under it.

We’ve been using Maid Sensible as our primary cleaning provider for our apartment complexes in the Akron area, and they’ve been nothing short of fantastic! Excellent deep clean. Recommend this company for your needs

I hired this team to complete a move in clean for me, I let them know ahead of time the square footage of the house, rooms in the home, asked if the basement would be included - which was confirmed, and emphasized that baseboards would need to be cleaned. I walked in after the clean to see that most was done, such as appliances, the floors, the baseboards were wiped down, the bathrooms, but it seems they miscalculated how long it would take.

They ended up whispering about being at the home for a couple hours longer than they planned, leaving without touching the basement at all, I noticed the laundry sinks and cabinets were untouched, and found dust and dirt on the window sills.

I appreciate them coming in and I'm sure they did the best they could, but I wish there was more communication and better expectation-setting so the job didn't have to be left incomplete..
