Very knowledgeable and keeps safety first. Roger took care to insure that no dirt was tracked into my house and that ashes and soot removed from the fireplace were contained.

Roger loves what he does and it shows in his work. He runs a small town business proudly and isn't afraid to put his name on it.

The man that I had hired previously to sweep my chimney has retired and he referred me to Roger Esham.

I also called several other chimney sweeps to get pricing. Roger was not the most expensive but he was not the least expensive, either. A big reason that I hired him was that he was very friendly in conversations and seemed professional. I also like the fact that he is a small business owner. I'll gladly pay a bit extra for professional and friendly service.

It was necessary to reschedule the appointment but Roger was courteous & considerate and gave me plenty of advance notice and kept in touch with me.

On the day of the appointment Roger called ahead to give me an idea of when he would be arriving. He was punctual and worked efficiently. He took great care in keeping everything clean and put down mats to keep the floor clean. He also wore shoe covers in the house. Roger spent time and did a thorough job. He also took time to explain what he did and showed me an area of my chimney that could be an issue in the future and let me know to keep an eye on it and what to look for. He also gave advice on keeping the fireplace and chimney in good maintenance. I appreciated the care that he took and his attention to detail.
