I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon Kruger from Roto Rooter, who did an outstanding job replacing my water heater and well bladder tank. Brandon is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about his work, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. He took the time to explain each step in detail, which helped me understand the process and feel comfortable with the work being done. His communication was excellent, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about providing quality service.

Unfortunately, my experience with the service manager, Brandon Poindexter, was disappointing. I received conflicting and incorrect information from him several times, which created a lot of confusion and nearly led me to cancel the service. If it hadn’t been for Brandon Kruger stepping in to clarify and resolve the situation, I would have ended my relationship with Roto Rooter entirely.
Thanks to Brandon Kruger’s expertise and dedication, everything turned out perfectly. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work. Roto Rooter is lucky to have someone as committed as Brandon on their team, but I hope the management addresses these communication issues to prevent future misunderstandings.

Guys were very friendly and explained options clearly. They cleaned out my garage floor drain box that had 10+ years of stagnant water. Started to smell so I called and they came out within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend.

Darius did a great job. Super nice young man. We had a stubborn clog, but he kept at it and was finally able to clear it. Very happy with his work.

My technician, Brennan was great! He explained everything to me thoroughly and was very kind and patient. I placed a same day call, and he made it to my house at the time scheduled. Brennan was able to address my problem, and fix it. I am very pleased with the service he provided, and Roto-Rooter. Roto-Rooter will be my "go to" plumbing service when needed from now on! Update (2 March 2025): Second service with this company was another great experience. Brandon was my technician and serviced the showers in my home. Brandon's 11 years of experience was very evident as he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issues with my showers. He also took the extra time to explain everything to my wife and I. If Brandon shows up at your door for service, just know you will be in good hands.

Bryson did an excellent job of repairing the leak we had. He also did a good job of explaining what needed to be done and he was very polite and respectful.

The service was outstanding. We called early afternoon and they were able to come out the same day when we described what happened. They were able to put in a temporary fix to get us up and running. The serviceman was thoughtful and thorough and went right to work. We were very happy and pleased with this company.
