Our old Air Conditioner went out during a time of very muggy humidity. Armaro was out with a couple of hours and worked hard to try and bring life back to our 11+ year old unit. We soon realized, it was time for a new unit. They installed it and it is so much better than the old one. We have used them for over 40 years. Thanks Armaro.

Called them Monday morning for my 88 yr old mom.ac unit. They were there same day. Carol was super nice on the phone. Repair man (Tom?). Was super nice. He had the job done within a 1/2 hour. Highly recommend.

Jim and his crew did an outstanding job replacing our furnace heater. Was able to get scheduled in and his workers were always courteous and professional. Highly recommended for any of your HVAC needs.

I had to get a furnace replaced over the holidays and went with these guys. They were quick and professional and did it cheaper than any of the other HVAC companies quoted me for. Very happy with my experience working with them.

Beware decievingly high rating...Its only based on three reviewers. Currently waiting for service an hour after scheduled appointment time. May be wise to take your (and my) business elsewhere.

Their technicians (dennis antolik) literally robbed me. When I circled back with the company they never responded. Please let this be a warning. Saty far far away. I left messages with every executive and they did not even have the decency to get back. Funny.. dennis is no longer there. On top of that their technician dennis left behind evidence of his corruption and amaro still didnt care.

I live in North Ridgeville and called here since they are local to get my air conditioner cleaned and have it looked at for an issue that started happening at the end of last summer. I called a couple weeks ago talked to a very nice older woman she took down all my information and set me up for an appointment the Friday before Memorial Day. No one ever called me or came out that day so my husband called a little after 4pm got an answering service they took down his information for a call back and someone called him that following Wednesday and said we have you on schedule for June 12th and don't know what happened with the other appointment. Neither of us ever called and made an appointment for June 12th so I'm not sure where that came from? I called the office again and spoke to the same older woman and explained everything to her and when she went to verify my phone number and address it was the complete wrong information! I told her we never made an appointment for June 12th and if someone could come out sooner that would be better. So she set me up for today June 3rd never gave me a time frame so I asked when the tech would come out she said before noon and either they would call me or someone from the office would. Well here we are June 3rd right before noon no one has called me yet or came out. I called the office earlier this morning just to confirm I was still on schedule today and no one answered and then a gentleman with an accent answered and took down my name address and phone number and said someone from the office would call me. Haven't heard back from anyone. I don't understand where the miscommunication is or why this has been so difficult to get someone to come out to do a cleaning and look at an issue on our air conditioner. If I could give zero stars for this I would. Bad business and very unprofessional.

This company poses as a furnace repair technician. They charged me just to come and visit (no inspection, cleaning, nothing). Said they would come back and go on the roof when the weathers nicer. I called when the weather was better and asked if they’re coming back. They came back and same thing charged me to come visit and did nothing, literally (well except billing me twice for no service).

2025 Update: Still spreading the word to neighbors any chance I get
