Veterans showed up on time and cleaned my upholstery well. They transported my area rugs (including a 10’x13’) to their “rug spa” and got them cleaner than I ever thought they could. Job well done

As a prior on site property manager for 10 years, Veterans Carpet is the only ONLY carpet cleaning company that actually get stains out and makes the carpets feel clean. Others may appear clean when wet, but as soon as it dries, the flooring feels just as dingy as before. If you're looking for your flooring to actual be cleaned instead of just deodorized, give them a shout. Hands down... top carpet vendor we've ever used.

Excellent service! They removed pet urine stains and the smell permanently instead of masking the odor. Their special product continues to work for days after the cleaning...getting rid of the urine so my dog couldn't even smell it anymore. I moved into a house that the previous owners pets had been urinating in the livingroom. They had the carpets cleaned and I couldn't tell there was urine in the padding..but my dog could smell it and started having accidents for the first time in her life. After having the carpet cleaned by Veteran's Carpet, she never peed in the house again! Thank you!!!

We will be a lifetime customer for their impeccable service, and courteous, knowledgeable employees. They worked a miracle on our carpets and tile which was no small undertaking since we have 2 puppies, and 2 adult dogs that have put our flooring through the ringer. The work they did totally brightened up our rooms. Night & Day difference!

I was in the process of moving into my newly renovated home and I had a water leak from the washer that flooded the entire basement. I cried as I watched my beautiful basement flooding before my eyes. I called Mike owner of Vetereans Carpet. He was there within an hour and saved my home. He and his team were amazing. They took over drying out my basement and worked with my insurance company from start to finish. I now have a clean disinfected beautifully carpeted basement. Having owned many properties; I have used multiple carpet cleaning companies in my time. When we purchased our most recent property in canton we quickly learned that the previous owner had grandkids that spilled nearly every type of juice on the carpet all over the house. Absolutely terrible. We called Veterans carpet and they promptly scheduled a service appointment that matched my busy schedule. They arrived on time; and quickly went to work. I instantly saw why they came so highly recommended from a family member of mine. The staff is professional; friendly; and understanding. The carpet all over the house looked brand new... so new in fact, it appears as if we laid brand new carpet down. A big thank you goes out to Veterans carpet.. As an apartment complex, we use veterans for about 800+ units. They make our residents happy for their renewal cleanings, as well as their move in cleanings. They take the job very seriously and don't leave you with sopping carpet that won't dry, they have products that actually work, and they treat us so well! Very high quality!

Veterans Carpet Cleaning cleaned our home twice this year and both times we have been very pleased with the results and follow up on the services. Having four dogs and eight children in our home, we previously had to bring a carpet cleaning service in every 4-6 weeks to manage tracked dirt and dog odor. After our first cleaning with Veterans in March 2018, we didn’t require another cleaning until October! A quality cleaning every time. I highly recommend Veterans Carpet Cleaning.

I can’t recommend Veterans enough. When my rug was ready for pickup I shared that I had surgery and was unable to pick it up till the following week. They promptly offered to drop the rug off at my house free of charge. The rug looks brand new. It’s a great company with great employees.
