Called when furnace went out. Cold outside. Came first thing next morning. Incredible service and top notch guys. Not the first time they have helped. Highly recommend!!

Our furnace quit on us about 10 days ago and they got it running fine again at quoted price next day. Honest, fair and friendly. Won't hesitate to use them again.

Called at 8:30AM to check if they can do a same day service. Melissa helped me with scheduling. Tech came in at 10AM. Completed job by 11AM. Super good service and Derek, the technician, is a superman (that says it all)!

Called 3 companies to repair oil furnace. We live in a rural area. Roads are covered with ice, no street lights on road, and it is 3 degrees, the coldest night of winter around the hour of 7 o'clock PM. Female technician came out in these conditions. Custom Comfort female technician came out when others made excuses. 5 Stars to her bravery and Custom Comfort "true" customer service!

Had a great experience with custom comfort! The guys were very informative on our new unit , which was helpful. Looking forward to hopefully saving money on propane by having the electric heat pump.
