Responded quickly to my leak, same day service. Entire stack needed replaced, Al did a great job explaining everything and showing me the problems. Gave me a great price and did an excellent job quickly, working on a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to get it done. Were considerate of my tenants needs. I have already asked them to give me an estimate on another job. I highly recommend their services and I will use them again. Great Customer service making a bad plumbing issue disappear!

Al was prompt and efficient. He diagnosed a complicated problem in our new home and installed a new water heater. He explained everything he was doing and answered all our questions.

Al was very knowledgable and had great communication with us before, and throughout the entire process. We appreciated that he was able to explain what was going wrong, and the extent of work he would do. He was on-time, and worked within a timely fashion. His pricing was also upfront and seemed fair. Thankful to have had him install our utility sink and correct some plumbing in our old basement!

Al came to clear a drain that Apollo Home could not. He was very professional and cared about preventing additional costs. Apollo Home stated we would need to replace the pipe. So I called Smithy’s to try and clear before I paid for all of that. Smithy’s cleared it and prevented me from having a large expensive project. Highly recommend Smithy’s and very much highly recommend Al!

Had a leaking overflow and drain in tub. Came out the next day to make repairs at a reasonable price. Also, cleaned up work area after completion.

We had Roto Rooter quote us almost $12,000; got a second opinion from Smithy's & saved over $10,000 plus a ton of unnecessary work that Roto Rooter tried to bully us into. Al took the time to explain everything to us & went above & beyond, even pointing out things unrelated to the job & maintenance tips to keep things running smoothly moving forward. He even adjusted his solution at no additional cost to resolve the job even faster while also avoiding the need to redo our floor. I highly recommend Smithy's!

Al replaced our hot water heater- was super informative the whole way through and was professional as can be. We love Smithy's for anything plumbing related- they are always our first call.

My hot water heater went out overnight. I called Smithy’s that night and they responded saying they would fit me in. Came in the morning the next day and was fixed by mid-day. Al was extremely professional as always and explained everything. Work was high quality and extremely reasonable. This is why I am and will always be a repeat customer.

Smithy’s provided excellent, lightning quick service! I called about our lack of hot water and Al was able to come over and look at our water heater within the half hour. He came back that same evening to replace it, working around our schedules, and now we have hot water! Fast professional service and Al was a pleasure to work with! Would definitely use him and Smithy’s again!

We had a leaking toilet and I called Smithy’s, they were able to schedule me in for the following day, first thing. The office has excellent communication. Al came out and repaired the leak and was so detailed and thorough. He called me to let me know what was going on and explained everything in detail. He takes pride in his work and it shows. I will definitely use them again!

i only called this morning, but had a plumber here this afternoon, to fix an issue with a faucet replacement we could not complete.
the whole appointment arrangement was amazingly easy & courteous. the plumber was also very courteous & good at his work.
i'd recommend smithy's to anyone who needs plumbing work done!

We had Al out to fix our kitchen sink that was running slow. It turned into a huge job but Al did a wonderful job, is very nice, and cleaned up the area better than he found it. Wonderful company! We will not use any other company!! Thank you!

They did a great job! Al was very thorough. Did a great job on a clog with a bunch of hair buildup and looked into an issue with our basement drain and explained everything going on so I understood the work being done

This is a wonderful plumbing company! They are experienced, provide great rates, and stand behind their work. I highly recommend them. I had some kitchen plumbing that needed fixed and they came in and gave me a great estimate and were very professional. I am skeptical when I need any work done but trust Smithy 100 percent. Al did a fantastic job with my new washer/sink hook up. What was supposed to take two days took only one day. We really appreciate his professionalism and work ethic. I would highly recommend Smitty’s. Ask for Al specifically!!!
