Exscape is as professional as you can get. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work coupled with Integrity and Honesty.

Great work and very responsive. I appreciate their communication and attention to detail above all else. 10/10.

I have used Exscape Designs multiple times at my home, from planting, to mowing, to the installation of a backyard retaining wall and front entrance sidewalk. The team always leaves me blown away with the efficiency that they work with to the quality that they focus on.

Extremely happy with our services. The customer service we have received is unmatched. The team we have worked with go above and beyond to help address our yard needs. Looking forward to continuing to work with this wonderful company.

The facility I manage, West Geauga Self Storage in Novelty (Newbury Township) Ohio, contracts with Exscape Design year-round. They handle all our out-door property services; lawn care, landscape maintenance & snow removal. I never have to worry about a thing with them on the job. They are always on time, professional and respectful of our property and tenants.
Our warm weather services needs are simple enough mostly grass cutting, weed up-keep & dealing with the fall leaves. However, our winter services are anything but easy. The facility is open to tenants 24 hour, so the property must be keep clear night and day. With over 300 doors, very tight turns around the buildings and limited places to push the snow, it's not a simple property to keep in the winter. Even so, my facility team did not have to call even one time for service requests all winter. We even received several compliments form tenants about their winter services this year. Anything positive about winter in the North Ease Ohio's snow belt is rare, so compliments are really high praises indeed.
One last additional bonus, no surprise bills. Our company pays the same amount year round as a manager this makes budget planning much easer and the services they provide is worth every cent. The Facilities Team at West Geauga Self Storage 100% recommends Exscape Design.

Being one of Exscapes's first clients we have experienced such great professionals from Bill the owner to the designers and the weekly gardener Beth, who perfectly trims and pulls weeds in rain, sleet, and scorching sun. The most recent install of the back patio is absolutely what we were looking for and within our budget. Certainly these times with with so many companies dealing with lack of employees, Exscape has proven that they work for their clients needs. Recently we had Allie quote a renovation for the front of the house plants. Overgrown for our home now, Allie came up with a clean design simplicity is the gain. She followed through with several emails and reminder texts about our contract, and I expect a most desirable outcome once again. Professional, clear contracts and within a time frame suitable for this job. I look forward to having Exscape finish other projects in the future. They are just a phone call away. Thanks Bill for the confidence you have in your goals and business principles they shine above others.

We have used Exscape Designs for years for everything from installs, to repairs to maintenance. They are a very professional landscaping firm. Their have strong processes in place to deliver great service and their people care about the customer getting a good result.

We hired Exscape for a significant outdoor living project on our home. The initial design that was presented really nailed our expectations and was more creative and inspired than what we imagined. Their work is very high quality, and we find ourselves almost overwhelmed with how much we appreciate and enjoy our new space. Thank you to the entire Exscape team!

We hired Exscape Designs for our house in Pepper Pike. They did a fantastic job from the design, to the installation of our custom built patio/landscaping. They were there with us throughout the whole process and we couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. The quality of work is unmatched!

Exscape Designs recently completed our landscaping and yard installation on our new home, we're very pleased. They were very easy to work with, extremely professional, timely and efficient. While following the detail plans and drawings, they were very cooperative making minor changes requested during the process. Highly recommend them.

We were in a pinch and they came through and they did the job. we just had the driveway put in and it needed to be filled on the sides and grass planted. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend.

Escape designed and installed our lap pool. Everyone was extremely professional, on time, and performed high quality work. I’d highly recommend them!

We first used Exscape 10 years ago to design our backyard plantings with a walkway leading to a stone fire pit. Their creative design team not only brought our vision to life -- the end result was even more striking than we imagined.

We now use their services year-round for landscape maintenance and snowplowing. The crews who work on our property are thorough and meticulous. Our property care manager, Tony, does an excellent job of supervising the crews. He is attentive, responsive, and concerned with doing the best job possible. We confidently rely on him to give us advice on every aspect of our landscaping. Thanks to Exscape, we know our place is expertly managed...and we can enjoy it without lifting a finger!

Amazing designs, amazing execution, and amazing end-product. We love our new patio. Seth was incredibly creative in the designs, and project execution was on time/on budget for this large project. We love it! Thank you, Exscape!

They were a great company to work with despite all the miserable rain we had they powered through it. Everything looks fantastic!
