I had a really positive experience with Chris and his company. From the start, communication was clear and easy. Chris was consistently responsive and available to answer any questions I had along the way. It made what could have been a stressful situation feel straightforward and manageable.

While we never did work with Beard, I will say that he promptly returned my call after several contractors did not even give me that courtesy. The Beard Group remodeled our mudroom, kitchen, and dine-in area. Claire (the designer) was great to work with; her set of skills, knowledge, and experience made the process as smooth (for a reno) as possible. Chris made sure we were top priority during the whole experience. We went through having a baby and a Covid lockdown and still came out loving our kitchen and the Beard Group. Highly recommend!

Love, love, love my beautiful new full bathroom!!! The team at Beard Group work with me on the most economical ways to accomplish by goals with very little cost overrun. They are a friendly, focused on quality details and always kept the work space clean and livable to the best of their ability. While the project (a full gut and rebuild did take approximately 12 weeks) it was well worth the wait! This is about the 3rd major project they have accomplished for me. Can't wait to tackle my kitchen next!!

The property management that owns the rental home my grandparents are living in contacted them to do some much needed plumbing work in their downstairs basement. There was a leak that was causing the basement to flood and my grandfather was concerned about one of the broken pipes near their furnace. These gentlemen were very prompt and professional in dealing with the matter. I would recommend them to anyone.

Beard group has a great team of guys. Friendly, professional and polite. On top of that, good at their job! In and out and a seamless process. I would recommend them again!

My wife and I hired the Beard group to replace the downspouts and sewer lines for our home, and we couldn’t be happier. We had been dealing with some water issues and weren’t sure where is was coming from and it turns out we had cracked downspout lines. We had received other quotes for ridiculous amounts of money to fix about 1/4th of what of the Beard group was able to do, and they were able to do it for a better price. Permits were pulled and inspections were done by the city before closing everything up. They cleaned up afterwards as if nothing happened. We also used them for structural work and are very pleased with the result. Chris Beard is an honest guy who does great work, and that is very hard to come by.

The Beard Group exceeded my expectations when they installed a new patio door off of our kitchen. They were professional and the final product was highly refined, matching the trim and color to perfectly fit our home aesthetic. They are very busy so if you want a project done, be sure to contact them a few months in advance!

My landlord had Beard come out to assess my home for a leak from the washer into the bathroom every time it would drain.

Beard promptly assessed everything in a kind and courteous manner. Above and beyond care and attentiveness, even investigating other issues they weren’t there to assess.

Unfortunately my landlord chose to get a second opinion, dragged their feet and the other company was deeply wrong, Beard was right and my daughter’s room, bathroom, etc flooded. due to the entirety of the line in my front being cracked (just like Beard said!)

If it was up to me, I would’ve chose Beard right away. You don’t get more honest, thorough and kind service than this. I really wish my landlord chose Beard for the work.

I had an issue with a leak and the property manager contacted the Beard group to come out. The individual I spoken with then was Norm easy to communicate and work with and got the job done zero mess. Fast forward to Christmas I scrolled thru old text and found Norm number who provided me with Chris contact and he was extremely helpful, friendly and all over it to help get me out my rut with my hot water tank that flooded my basement. Customer service alone is worth it, great staff, reputable and easy to work with people who actually care. This is a positive company to give a positive word of mouth referral for sure.
