Great company, our appliance got its parts replaced and fixed the same day, we are very thankful with the service.

The gentlemen who helped me today was informative, patient, and efficient. I highly recommend this company for any appliance repair needs.

We have use Vladislav twice in the past 3 months. The first was to repair our 8 yr old Bosch dishwasher. Sadly, we had to purchase a new one. He responded promptly, service call was very reasonable & took the time to show & explain why it cud not be fixed. We then had him return to install the new one. Once again accommodating on time, prompt, polite & completed. This week he returned to replace the ignition switch on our Wolf range. He ordered the part, called me upon receipt & found time to accommodate my schedule to complete the repair. I highly recommend his services, reasonable pricing, knowledge & trustworthy.

GE Dishwasher needed repair after only 18 months. Appliance Repair came next day to fix. Unfortunately 2 different computer boards were broke.
Called GE to get new parts, GE sent parts that didn't work!!
Again GE sent parts, & he fixed it within 20 minutes!!!!
He didn't want to charge me for the 2nd repair but I insisted.
Very Kind, Prompt & Knowledgeable.

Very happy with the work he provided. Came out to my house to put a drain system in my washer. He was very friendly, explained everything, took pictures to send to me of finished work. I would highly recommend this service guy.

Customer service at its finest and you speak to a real person instead of a voice message or online scheduling. Vlad came when I was told and I was called when he was on the way. He checked out my ice maker/refrigerator. If needing repairs again, I would definitely call him….. EXCELLENT and courtesy.

I called Appliance Repair Parma for service. My washing machine stopped working. VLAD came very quickly, diagnosed my the problem and fix it right away. Very nice guy and service!

Vlad knocked this out the park! The control panel was failing on our LG Dryer and I called for service. Vlad arrived ON LABOR DAY at the scheduled time, diagnosed the issue, and gave me a few options to choose from. He ordered the part and came to replace it sooner than expected. His communication was great, always keeping me updated and clarifying answers to questions I had. Vlad is the man and I would certainly call again if anything else breaks. 10/10. Thanks, Vlad.

Vlad responded quickly when the Ice Maker in our Frigidaire stopped working. He arrived on time as promised, and diagnosed the issue which required replacement parts.
Despite being sent a defective replacement, he stood behind his work and kept in contact with us throughout the process.
Although it required a second visit, we were up and running in less time that most companies need gor a FIRST visit.
Reasonably priced, knowledgable, and great service mean we will use Appliance Repair Parma for all our appliance needs, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to Family and Friends!

Called this morning and Vlad was at our door later this evening. Very polite, diagnosed our issue and explained the entire process honestly and fairly. Unfortunately our fridge was beyond saving, but I would gladly recommend and use him again in the future.

Vlad came by the same day as my call and fixed my dryer in about 45 min. Great service and good work.

Our oven wasn't heating up so we called Vlad. They answered on a Sunday night and came out Tuesday (they could have come Monday but we were not available). Vlad came right on time and fixed the problem (bad ignitor) in 20 minutes. In a time when bad service is the norm, this was a refreshing change of pace! We will call Vlad any time we need an appliance fixed going forward!
