I had a patio tear out and replacement . They identified a grading issue from initial build on my house. They offered solutions and implemented them as part of contract. They suggested a retaining wall for my gardens. I also had them widen my driveway. The finished patio is phenomenal. It is stamped cement with an abstract two tone color pattern then matte sealed. The retaining wall is made of interlocking pavers. It really sets off the patio adding depth. One of my neighbors hired them immediately after my patio was sealed. They also put us in contact with a company that installs cement steps and railings so we didn’t end up with wooden boards for steps. Would hire them again. So I was referred to B. Rich cuz my machine was down and I heard that he is a great machine operator and had his own machine, I called him and he he did some digging for me, turned into a great relationship he has done not only mine but my mother-in-law's patios and he'll be doing our driveway this year. He kept the project very clean and maintained. He's a great machine operator he has one of the best finishing crews out here for his concrete and has very reasonable prices, he'll work with you an all around good guy, his wife Libby was very prompt on all my phone calls and any changes I needed she did them and in a reasonable time frame and was always accessible. Yes I do recommend this company B. Rich Concrete.

After spending all summer debating who should do our waterproofing job, we decided to hire B. Rich Concrete and Waterproofing. His price was very reasonable compared to other companies that seemed to want to gouge us, and he was willing to fit us into his very tight schedule so we could have the job done before winter. Libby, who works in the office, was awesome with communication, always responsding to questions within 24 hours, which we really appreciated.

I don’t know much about what goes into waterproofing, however Brian did a great job educating us on the process. We unfortunately had to tear up part of our relatively new driveway to get the job done, however he worked with our original concrete guy so that the driveway will match up as best as possible! As far as I can tell things look great! Also during the process part of our siding got damaged, however Brian was upfront and honest about the damage and made sure it was repaired before the job was done. His siding guy did a perfect job matching it up and I can’t even tell there was an issue! Job was finished in three days, looks great and the crew was quiet, curtious and kept everything clean. Great job guys!

Kept promising to get our patio done for 3 weeks now and after many excuses they are now non-responsive. Several days taken off work to wait for them but have been no shows. Called the city of Parma and find they do not even have permits to work in the city of Parma where they are located. Terrible customer service and communication.

This is the first review I have ever written. They poured a garage slab for us. After they finished, I paid them in cash per his request as a favor (my mistake). I realized the next day that the footers/rat wall were severely out of square AND level. The slab itself is also pretty sloppy and drastically sloped in random directions. (Side note...it is a detached garage and did not need any pitch). I told him that I had a "small issue" so that he would not be alarmed and scare him away. Unfortunately he knew exactly what the issue was and told me that he said he would call me back. That was the last I heard from him. He screened all of my calls and texts. The footers were so bad that we were unable to build the walls for the garage. I had to spend an extra $1500 to fix his work in order to continue construction. I could honestly go on and on about many more issues but I will leave it at that. ☹️

I would prefer to give zero stars. Beware of this company. Left the job site a complete disaster and safety hazard. They promised several times to come fix it and never showed up. Extremely unprofessional. Now left with an expensive safety hazard.
