I is the worst experince

Experienced curbside pickup for the first time had a terrible experience with two Walmart employees I ultimately received my order but I will not use this location again. I wasn't expecting to use an app for pickup because I didn't use one to place my order when you pull up there's a sign that indicates if you do not have the app then call this number, I did, when he picked up, I did say I am not downloading no app from there it went downhill he used a condescending tone I said no worries I will do the survey and be done a young lady comes out she pretty much compounded the problem instead of trying to smooth it over, I told her don't just listen to your coworker listen to the customer we matter. This became so unnecessary.
