I had an issue with my sewer drain in my garage and called Invisible Excavations on a SUNDAY morning after having 2 previous inspections performed and reached their dispatcher. He stated that a representative would be calling with 1 half hour and as promised, Ali phoned and gathered more information. She said she would call back with a time a technician would arrive at my home and Robert Fairbanks arrived as promised. I spoke with Robert, who was very kind and courteous, and described the issue. He explained what he would like to do and gave me a quote. After running the camera through my sewer line he showed me a video which revealed no structural damage to the line. I had previously had 2 inspections in which one company wished to dig up my whole yard and the initial one somehow caused a flood in my garage and left. Robert's honesty, kindness, and willingness to perform the service as well as Ali's understanding and pleasant demeanor were quite refreshing. Great people working for a great company!

Anthony Webb provided 'excellent & timely' repair service for my hot water tank. He was very thorough in that he took the time in showing me the problem part, explaining the ramifications of the problem and correcting the problem. Anthony is extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional. I would have no hesitation in requesting him to correct any plumbing problems I may have in the future.

Princesten came to do an annual inspection on water heater and plumbing. Was timely, professional, and let us know of any issues. Great work overall

The maintenance & safety inspection went great! Princesten (Plumbing technician) checked out and inspected all the house plumbing/water pipe lines as well as inspected/drained the water heater tank. He answered all my questions and offered professional advice to properly maintain house plumbing/water pipes and water heater tank.

Princesten Gordon was very informative and very polite. This was my first time with a tankless water heater, and Princesten took the time to go over and explain to me what he was doing and help me to figure out how to program it in the future. It was a pleasure to have him service my water heater and I look forward to doing business with him and Arco in the future.

Ben came through for me AGAIN! He came out to fix another contractor's screw up and it's finally fixed! I was sure I'd have to replace my floors after all this, but we caught it on time. You've got a real one with Ben! Thanks for everything! If there was one thing that could have made it better, it would have been free! 😉 🤣🤣 that was painful!! But also, he took with him the remaining copper hose, which is where all the cost came in. I needed about 1/4 of what he bought. That was a huge blow to my wallet, and Frankly unnecessary.

I just had Rocco from Invisible Excavations put in a hot water tank for me. He was Wonderful! Very Knowledgeable and Kind. He knows his stuff and certainly fixed all of my issues that came with this install. He fixed all the found leaks and corrosion. The company is lucky to have him . Great guy! Thank You Rocco!

Alan with Invisible Excavations quickly solved a complicated plumbing issue that another plumbing company could not figure out after days of work. The whole project was completed in about 2 hours.
