Brian and his team have taken great care of our refrigeration equipment in the Department of Biology and Geology at Baldwin Wallace University for many years. They have also sold us reasonably priced coolers that are in great condition. I recommend Accurate Refrigeration without hesitation.

10/10 service. Ice machine stopped making ice at the restaurant I work (opening Manager) in. Called a bunch of places, but no one could come until the following week (I made all those calls on a Thursday afternoon/Friday morning, in fairness). Even Accurate said the earliest they could send someone out was Monday but by some miracle, a couple hours later one of their techs was standing in my lobby waiting to be led to our ice machine.

Fixed the machine within an hour and saved the day. Thanks guys

We used them to repair a broken ice machine and it was the best experience we've had with a refrigeration repair company. The issue was not resolved from the first but they were great about making it right. Continued to come in quickly after seeing the issue wasn't resolved and troubleshoot until we got to the bottom of it. The service was very reasonably priced and technicians were very professional. I will never use another company. I was blown away by their dedication to get the job done.

Although I was unable to get commercial refrigeration service from Accurate. It was nice and professional to have a tech call back to either accept or turn down a commercial service call since it is crucial for businesses to be in the know.
