I finally decided it was time to replace the Heating/AC unit that Larry and his crew have been maintaining for years. Very affordable and the crew did an outstanding job on the install. Awesome work!!!

My air conditioner stopped working turned out my fan was burned out. They were able to quickly get me back up and running. I received an estimate from a competitor prior and am so close a got a second opinion. Save me money!

LRF was able to fit me in for an electric water heater install just hours after I contacted them. Very professional and reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Contacted LRF to have a furnace gas control valve converted over from propane to natural gas and the pressure adjusted in. The technician was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The price was reasonable and our furnace is running quite efficiently now.

I called LRF Maintenance after my AC went out with the temps in the 90's I received same day friendly service. After about an hour they had the AC blowing cold air.

Another company said we needed an entirely new furnace, we called LRF to get a quote on a furnace and the guy fixed the furnace on the spot!

I probably would have gone with these guys for a new furnace because their cost was better than the competition (and much better name brands) but they ended up fixing it for a fraction of the price.

I will be using these guys from now on.

Excellent service - Had my AC unit & Furnace replaced. My two installers definitely knew their stuff. I chose this company based on a recommendation from 2 friends, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them now too.

I'm not sure what else I can add to 42 five-star reviews, but I'll try. Larry helped me with replacing the compressor fan on my 25-year old RUUD A/C unit. I'm more of a do-it-myself type and he helped me anyway (on an evening before a holiday weekend no less). If you're considering having A/C or furnace work done and you're checking around for quotes, stop. Don't waste your time. Just give Larry a call.

I highly recommend LRF. Larry is great and extremely thorough. He didn't just tell me what I needed to fix my problem but explained how it occurred and what I could do in the future to prevent it. I had called 4 other companied before finding LRF and all of them told me it would be at least 24-48hrs before they could be out .Larry was at my house in less than an hour. This is truly how a business should be run.

I noticed our air conditioner stopped working around 4:00 one Friday afternoon. I called and the repairman said he would be out in a little over an hour (they close at 5:00 pm). As promised he came and had it up and running by 5:30 pm and did not even charge me extra for working after hours! And, he was SO kind. This is an honest, caring, and know what they're doing business.

Mike arrived when he said he would and took care of us right away. Our issue was fixed within 30 minutes of him arriving. He was very professional and honest. Will definitely be calling this company next time when we have an issue!

Woke up Sunday morning and the furnace seemed to quit working. Called LRF Maintenance because it seemed that they were the only company open on Sunday. Larry answered and was at my door within the hour. He took a look and immediately knew how to solve the issue, the hard part was getting the parts supplier to open on a Sunday. He was diligent in getting the part we needed and had it fixed by early afternoon. He was courteous and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company to anyone. I know where I can get all my HVAC problems solved! Thanks Larry, thanks LRF for being there when my family needed you!

This morning I contacted LRF Maintenance because our air conditioning was not working. We received excellent service and they had our air conditioning up and running in no time. Larry was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you Larry for the quick response!

I always hate it when I have to call Larry (three times in the past two years, twice for AC, once for heat) But he always responds quickly and gets the problem fixed in a timely manner...that's why I keep calling him. I can recommend LRF Maintenance without reservation. Even though I'm not looking forward to replacing the AC in a couple years, at least I received advance warning and can budget for it. :-)

Larry is a wonderful person to do business with. We were referred to him by another satisfied customer and we feel so fortunate to have him doing the work in our home. Our first experience was over the 4th of July holiday and he was right here working to solve our problem. About a month later another situation popped up, and once again Larry was here. He is quick to respond, goes out of his way to take care of the problem, and it is obvious his customers come first. There is no one I would rather have then Larry doing our work. He explains things, takes time to come up with the best solution, and we feel confident and trust the advise he gives. The best thing we can say is that he is a kind man and cares about his customers. He is a good person.

Had HVAC system replaced. Very pleased with process from quote through installation. I did quite a bit of research and got a number of quotes. LRF stood out from the beginning. Got great system at reasonable price. Crew was very thorough and solved problem we were having with reduced air flow in one bedroom. Highly recommend.

Larry and Bill have been a friends of the family for over 30 years. They solved various HVAC and plumbing issues for my mother before deciding to dedicate their future to that line of work. Thay have always been quick to help out either by phone or by a service call. So, when our HVAC system failed in August 2014 I had Larry quote us a system (actually a few choices) as well as other reputable dealers I have used/known in the past. I probably over-analyzed the entire deal which is easy to do these days with the WWW and HVAC forums easily available 24/7. What it boiled down to was most all of the top of the line systems may have an issue. The real bottom line that I gleaned from the plethora of information was to “purchase” the installer, not the system. Great systems can be hacked in by poor installers. Larry went above and beyond to guide us through the process. Looking at the other reviews, I would say I didn’t get any extra attention because of our long standing relationship. Once we made our decision we set up an install appointment the following week. Of course, the A/C decided to fail earlier and Larry was nice enough to get to us sooner. Bill and Ross did and excellent job with the demo and install. While there the water heater gas valve failed and they changed that out as well! We bought the top of the line American Standard to replace our Lennox Pulse. We have had a comfortable 15 months of use through both cooling and heating seasons. I'm sure if there are any issues Larry, Bill, or Ross will be there quickly to get them fixed.
