I wanted a whole house humidifier. They got it installed the next day at a very reasonable cost. The installer, Matt, was on time, friendly, efficient and gave great explanations for how it all works and he answered any questions I had. I like supporting local businesses and this company made that very easy.

Eric did a great job letting me know when he was arriving and explaining the issues with my AC unit. He gave me options for getting my system back up and performed the work quickly and efficiently.

Mike was super cool and very professional. Explained to me my issues and ways to correct them. He also gave me so preventive measures to keep the unit functional. Money well spent.

A series of unfortunate events led to me missing Mike at the door and he went out of his way to come back and do a thorough review of my AC system. He then was able to fix the issue. Meant a lot to keep my 4 month old baby cool. Would def use this company again!

The experienced technician, Fred Napier, was very courteous, communicative and knowledgeable throughout the process. Fred performed the diagnostics, and resolved the issue in a very short time. Amazing job! The AC went out in my house and it’s a heat wave of course - he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed immediately. Such a pleasure to have a reliable person show up who is smart and kind too - WIN! I highly recommend!

Mike did a great job diagnosing my AC issue and was able to replace a blower capacitor in very tight space with a water heater right up against the furnace. He also provided good recommendations for next steps based on the current condition of the system. $99 for the service appointment, $293 total out the door with the replaced capacitor. I realize the part is cheap, but given the access situation, I was glad to have a professional handle it.

Overall, the company has a nice online appointment scheduler (can choose morning, afternoon, or evening), appointment text verification on the day of, and a techncian tracker with ETAs from their prior appointment to yours. Starting appointment window was 5 hours, got a text message about 2 hours prior to the appointment window letting me know that time frame. Ultimately got the tracking notice a half hour before the appointment.

Fred was very knowledgeable and helpful getting my deceased furnace replaced quickly on an extremely cold New Years Eve.

You guys are a little expensive but Pooya was exceptional! He is very intelligent and personable. I plan to request Pooya to perform maintenance on my other properties.

Very friendly, responded perfectly and quickly to what could’ve been disastrous: An incorrect furnace model was sent out; Not the one I purchased. They were able to get the correct one delivered and installed in no time. They respected my home by wearing shoe covers and laying tarp on the floors. I would recommend this team to anyone. Installation went seamlessly.

The repairman was very nice and did a good job. I am very pleased. Not sure on the price though, chat GPT said it was a little high. But they gave a 5 year warranty.
