We were new to the Pickerington area and were in dire need of lawn care services. This particular company serviced the builder that developed our neighborhood. They were convenient, so we went with them. We had issues with the quality of their services from day one. After using them for over a season, I started making inquiries about other local companies. EBRIGHT is by far the most expensive show in town, with perhaps the worst customer service. Haven’t heard a peep from them in over two years and we received a hostile message from the owner stating that we still owed over two hundred dollars from two seasons ago?! The owner was extremely rude and very offensive. Not at all pleased with this company!
