Great service from my first call ,less than 24 hours later my water heater has been replaced and all's great again. Daniel did a Great job,and showed me all the options. And from my experience as a owner of a business, that's what it's all about,and Daniel is not just a great worker,he's a great person,I really enjoyed talking with him. Great company and great people..

Needed a quick water heater replacement on a Sunday. Tammy at Ohio Water Heaters was one of the few people I spoke with who was knowledgeable/helpful and not just an answering service relaying a message. Tammy walked me through finding the information she needed to provide an estimate, provided an estimate, confirmed she could have someone out on Sunday or first thing Monday AM if I wanted to avoid the weekend surcharge. I opted for Sunday. Dan was scheduled for between 1-2 PM and arrived a few minutes after one. He walked me through what he was going to do and got to work. He took the time to answer any questions I had and went back over everything he did when he was done. Overall, the service from Dan was great. He was borough and efficient. The pricing was competitive and fair, even with the weekend surcharge, which was not out of line. If you need a water heater replacement, planned or not, Ohio Water Heaters should definitely be on your call list.

Our water tank of 12 years died on Saturday. The whole experience from calling and setting appointment was seamless. Daniel arrived at 8am on Tuesday and got to work replacing the tank. He was very friendly and professional. Appreciate the great work and easy process of scheduling. Thanks

Jordan was very professional and knowledgeable. He just installed a heat pump water heater in a couple of hours with minimal disruption to my day. Great service. They also offer Rheem heat pump water heaters, which are very efficient.

Will and Trey were great. I noticed water on my floor this morning and saw it leaking from the bottom of my gas water heater. I called Ohio water heater and they sent someone out within the hour to look at it. They took one look at my 1999 year-old water heater and said they needed to replace it but they had one in the truck and they could do it within an hour or so. They made sure to discuss and disclose everything that they were doing and explained the reasons for different things. Overall, a great experience

Steven was amazing! He communicated every step of the way and made sure we understood how to take care of our new water heater ! We are very thankful and grateful he stayed late until the job was done and answered any questions we had!

William White did an excellent job repairing my broken water line. He kept me informed about his expected time of arrival. He was very courteous and respectful. Even though the weather was cold, he did not complain and worked in not ideal conditions. I definitely will call Ohio Water Heaters if I need plumbing work in the future.

Very happy with my new hot water heater installed by Ohio Water Heaters. The technician, Jordan, arrived at scheduled time and completed work faster than I anticipated. He left the work area clean upon departure. He was very helpful in giving me options on a replacement heater that met my budget and family's needs. Highly recommended.

I don’t remember the last time I posted a review because I seldom do. In this case I was so impressed with the service I got that I felt I needed to let others know about this company. I have a tankless water heater that is giving me problems so I called Ohio Water Heaters.

Mike had me send him some pictures of the install to see if he could spot something that might be causing the problem. Sure enough, he noticed an issue with the venting and proceeded to tell me what I needed to do to get it resolved.

Mike spent about an hour of his time and we exchanged numerous phone calls to try and figure this out and it didn’t cost me a dime. Service of this caliber are virtually non-existent these days and If I ever need somebody to address a water issue I would not hesitate to call Mike.

Steven was on time . Very professional , knowledgeable and kind. He worked steady and hard to complete the job even when unexpected things arose . If you need a plumber any member from this team I feel would do the same as Steven did !

Great work done. Can’t get money back after being asked to pay 900 up front although furnace was still under warranty

Ohio Water Heaters provides grade A customer service and is focused more on doing what is right for their customers than making a quick buck.

Tammy with customer service and our installer, Jordan were amazing to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

Jordan came out 3 separate times to review the issues we were having and tried his best to help resolve the issue before we ultimately had to replace our hot water heater.

They were very prompt with their responses and got us taken care of same day once it was decided we needed the replacement.

Mike and his team provided great service and took care of my plumbing & water heater needs.

These guys are amazing. Period. Previous company with whom I had a maintenance agreement weren’t doing quality work. These guys cleaned up their mess. They educated me on my equipment, gave thoughtful feedback, and were polite and kind.
I will ONLY use and recommend these guys in the future.

There pricing was competitive, and they were very responsive! Will and Tre (hope I spelled name correctly), were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and really nice guys. They did a great job from beginning to end. We had an issue with the tank, would not stay lit, but each and every time we called, the guys were there within an hour. Really cannot say enough about their service and the company!! Highly recommend them. Thank you!!
