A huge thank you to Jacob, Nick and Jason! I discovered a pretty good water leak coming through our main line in the basement over Memorial Day weekend. They came in and knocked it out in less than two hours! Very professional, knowledgeable, clean and attentive. 04/09/2026 This morning I witnessed one of your idiot employees continually change lanes on the highway with no turn signals, speeding 20+ mph over the limit. They then got off on the exit in front of me (with no turn signal), then again switched lanes and turned left without signaling as well. I am talking not using their turn signal 5-10 times. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, whatever grate thing they have on the back of their vehicle obscures the license plate.

They don't pay their sub contractors

Everything about this company is shady and poor quality. Stay away at all cost.

If this company comes knocking, run the other way. These guys don't pay their subs. Very poor business practices. Do not work with these people.

Only reason I put 1 star is so I can share this post and alert any other subs out there.... ATTN: SUBCONTRACTORS - DO NOT DO ANY WORK FOR THIS GC. THEY WONT PAY YOU, THEY WILL IGNORE YOUR CALLS, AND THEY DONT CARE !

Be prepared to fight to get any money from CCS. Like the others said they do not like to pay their subs! I had to threaten with a lien on the building. I’ve been a sub contractor for 35 years and they are the worst I’ve ever dealt with! Make sure you have leverage to get your money or do not work for them.

Witnessed an employee on the highway weaving through traffic and almost causing accidents in the company truck. Riding bumpers of anyone going slower than 80 in the 65.

DO NOT WORK WITH CCS!!! CCS called us last minute to help them out and never paid us for 2 weeks of our cleaning. They were happy with our services and hired us for 2 more weeks. It was March 2020!!! Do not work for them! You will not get paid. They will NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND YOU WILL NEVER GET A CALL FROM THEM.

Did a construction clean for this company in Solon. Company was very happy with the job we did. The contact even asked us if we would be willing to travel to Columbus to do another. Our schedule did not work for the next job. This was over a year ago and we cannot get this company to pay its bill. As you can see from other reviews this is how they do business. Its too bad companies feel like its ok to work this way.
